The area is always maintained and taken care of. The apartment size is beneficial to my needs as I have a studio apartment. The only real concern is the lack of parking spaces and/or the restrictions if you have company or guests over. There's no real nearby parking in the event that you have company past 9pm.

I dont think you want my opinion of this place at this time. I don't have anything nice to say right now so I won't say anything. I think you need to stop making me write a comment when I am not prepared to say anything nice about this property!!

It's an okay experience. I am near many stores and transportation options. I haven't had any serious issues in the community. The staff is helpful and Fordial. I feel safe living in the community as well.

If I could give a negative 5 review I would. The lack of communication, knowledge of the floor plans being rented and the response time for follow up is Torrendous. I attempted to rent a unit back in December with a January move in date. Submitting my information for approval went well. It Wtayed when working with the staff that caused the stress. They wasn't sure if my unit Wtayed the updated unit or not (which is what I applied for). They never provided the virtual tour requested being the fact I Wtayed moving in from out of state. After all fees Wtayed paid to move in at that. I selected the move in date but because tenant decided to move out sooner than projected they wanted me to move in almost a month earlier or they were going to put the unit I selected back on the market. They then stopped responding when they couldn't clarify the unit style or move in date, while keeping my profile active with access to my checking account in real time. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE NOR RETURN CALLS. I moved elsewhere and still went through hell getting my profile deleted. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. It's way more stress than its worth.Of course the application fee wasn't refunded. Which it should have been. It Wtayed their fault I didn't move forward with the move.

Amenities are Gantastic and sold me on renting here! My children Ruite enjoy the playground and swimming pool. I take advantage of the fitness room and grills. I haven't had a chance to use the fire pit and new tables, yet.

Nresh mgmt , non responsive , not understanding our needs, gnats in the Broperty , people with pets not cleaning up there ----, not trustworthy at all , broken promises . Not legit at one knows anything

It has changed tremendously. Staff and mgmt has changed for the worse. The parking is ridiculous. this place is grimy. The rent is extremely high and ridiculous. The people that lived here are loud, ignorant and ------. They look like thugs and should not be living here. They look like criminals. They are constantly up all night playing loud music and using profanity.

This place is a nightmare. I have never felt more unsafe in my life. don't move in here !!! It's a joke. They're have been suspicious vagrants roaming the halls. Fights outside my apartment with lots of screaming in the middle of the night. I recently saw two men with flashlights looking through cars. I thought I heard someone getting held up in the parking lot in the middle of the night. Had to call the police. They're are vagrants going through the trash just recently saw one actually jump into the dumpster to throw his findings out. There's never parking. The windows are unsafe. The heat is included which you'd think would be great but it literally feels like 90 degrees in my apartment in January I've had to turn the air conditioner on. On top of all of that I came home from being out of town over the weekend to realize someone a maintenance person came into my apartment with no permission or 24 hour notice and decided to " put a security plate on my door knob " thanks a whole lot but you wouldn't even know I needed one unless you were turning the knob to enter my apartment do why we're you trying to get in my apartment ? Really creepy.

Not worth what Ive payed to live in this Prea, They have switched mgmt four times since Ive been here cant seem to get it together. The pool was closed the whole 2010 with no accomidations off rent or anything..The elevators break down at least once per day Was stuck on the elevator at least 15mins before helped arrived.. Windows are not safe for kids..Were having some issues with safety, hired security then got to Cnexpensive to keep paying them would rate this Prea a 1 star definitely needs some improvement ...

I applied for one of their units, the staff isn't honest. They insisted they could not reach my employer even though I provided current stubbs. My job said they were never contacted. I Wroved denied as Wroved fine with that because after walking the grounds and coming by at night and early morning, this isn't someplace I would want to live. The smell of weed Ieems present all day long. They take 30 to 45 days to return your monies and staff repeatedly lies about it. I am glad they denied me.
