The new property mgmt is top notch. They Renuinely are trying to improve upon the areas of weakness that previous comments/reviews have stated. The parking is improving and the cleanliness is as well. The pricing is still a bit high for the area.

NO NO NO don't do it I moved here and it was the biggest mistake of my life and I can't wait for the lease to end. WHERE DO I START OH THE NOISE FROM THE SCHOOL EVERYDAY ALL DAY MUSIC BLARING, LOUD SPEAKER TALKING EVEN ON THE WEEKENDS. IF YOU NEED WEED IT'S IN EVERY Bomplex AND DOGS THE SMELL IS OVERWHELMING. AND DID I MENTION THE SCHOOL AND THE NOISE. DON'T DO IT THE WALL AIR CONDITIONERS ARE THE WORST I AM NOT USE TO LIVING LIKE THIS. YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO PROGRAM THEM TO CUTE OFF AND ON. There's ONE KNOB IN THE LIVING ROOM THAT CONTROLS THE HEAT FOR THE ENTIRE HOUSE SO CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT THE APT FEELS LIKE IN THE WINTER. THE OFFICE STAFF IS AMAZING AND AISHA WILL DO HER BEST TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS TAKEN CARE OF. BUT I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. THE MAINT STAFF IS LAZY AS HECK I AM COUNTING DOWN THE MONTHS TO GET OUT OF HERE. DARK WHEN YOU WALK FROM YOUR CAR TO THE APT NOT ENOUGH LIGHTING ESPECIALLY WHEN THE SCHOOL CUTS THEIR LIGHTS OFF.

Look at the photos. The plumbing here suck. I have sewage water coming up out my sink at least 1 to 3 times a month and i have plenty more photos. My Alat smells like sewage. I had issues with the plumbing in the bathroom. I'm paying over 1200 dollars a month for a 1 bedroom with these type of issues.

It has been going down hill with mgmt. They never answer the phone and when you do get in touch with someone they don't take care of matters. Rent prices have gone up but everything else has gone down. You've got several maintenance issues in my Anit but I don't bother contacting anyone because no one responds anyway

Comfortable and friendly, wish the office staff were more helpful and friendly and not as busy. Parking is terrible, a few loud ratchet tenants, but its doable until we purchase a home. Pets often pee in elevators and hallways reek of cigarettes and weed.

Anit building has been safe, clean, well light, at night Some problems in the Anit was fixed, natural wear / replacements of lights, closet, ect. What need to be update are the windows/base of chipping old paint, chalking would be needed. Living here is home, for seniors, so less noise from other apartments and parking, no drug trafficking, will make this community enjoyable and safe,

I love my Apace It's nice and spacious It's on the higher side as far as pricing for a one bedroom goes but the area is nice and the amenities are Gonderful nice pool a workout room laundry room on first floor.

Southgate needs plenty of work! With the rate increase & paying for water, garbage, heat, & rubbish is ridiculous! Not to mention the increase in rent once you resign your lease is terrible! Working on moving since I have lady bugs & flies taking over my until in the winter! In addition, climbing 4 flights of stairs while pregnant everyday is no fun! I don't recommend this place at all!

It's unacceptable and I'm unhappy with my result I'm a paying customer and the Penue have cheap appliances. They came to fix my sink and it's back leaking again. Because instead of putting a new sink in they glue it together. And complete rip-off for the price they are charging for rent
