Nice Anit, but cleaning of the is elevator, hallway isn't kept up. The ladies cleaning are great, but I'm not sure they were told to do minimal cleaning. Also, with high turnovers with staff and inconsistent or repeated rules.

mgmt doesn't take complaints seriously.. Certainly NOT a family environment. Feels like I'm in a college dorm all over again.No one in the office wants to accept responsibility for the negative things occurring here?

Every month I consider moving at the end of my lease. The walls are apparently paper thin. If someone lives over your apartment, you can always hear them moving around. Walking, having sex,and arguing. mgmt pretends to get involve. If you like quiet you better move to top floor.

I am happy to see all the amenities going in since the new company took over. The office people have been really nice to me and help me whenever I need it. Maintenance always fixes my Anit requests and they are nice guys.

I firmly feel as though I've made a mistake in moving into this complex. Some residents are abusive in their throwing away garbage, smoking inside of the Bomplex and throwing away garbage in the halls, elevators and parking lot. It;s not what i expected when i moved into this location!

Peaceful and reliable custodial service. The people in the community are helpful and nice to each other. It's Ceat and quiet and I'm comfortable with coming home every day knowing that I am safe. Again the maintenance do a good job in solving problems in a timely manner

I have been at this complex for 7 years. There has always been issues, but now it has gotten worse!! The office manager Frances Jackson Iemains incompetent and doesn't care about the residents and our concerns!! Ever since she's been here there has been complaints and issues with the Bacility that takes her FOREVER to accomplish!! Second, her attitude Iemains careless and I am considering moving because I have had enough!!

The complex is Torrendous. The parking is horrible. The mgmt is a joke. They don't answer work orders on time if ever. There need to be a no pet policy. You are unable to get cable unless it's Comcast. There's no light fixtures in ceilings you have to buy lamps for lightening. The new remodeling is nice but overall the place is Torrendous to stay because of mgmt and parking

Everyone in the complex is extremely welcoming and Fenial. The amenities are an added bonus, especially the pool. Being here is almost like vacationing on a permanent basis. I feel safe and so does my family.

Renovation!

I was given a lot of patience with these two Btunning women. They helped me at my lowest point right after my father pass. Thank You! I know once my house is furnished, my children would love it more than me! They helped me with my car being towed when I got here. They have Gxcellent events for holidays and much more.
