“That's the worst building I have ever lived in. The bedrooms in the units are the ones sharing the wall, however instead of building a quad wall to separate and sound isolate units the developers opted by a thin wall to keep it cheap and increase the square footage. The resulting is is hear the noises coming from the other bedrooms like a cheap motel occupied by hookers. Windows and doors leak water when it rains. And Miami rains a lot, so expect to have a bucket ready. Bikes are stolen from the parking garage. Neighbors are rude and not considerate. In the high rise portion there are 3 elevators. One is out of service for over 2 months and no ETA to have fixed. Recently we went down to ONE elevator for almost a week! People frequently get trapped in the elevator. The lucky ones just learn later they need to the the stairs (there are 26 floors in the main building!) Managers don't do a thing to improve the building. Board of directors look more like a "cosa nostra". They get their apartments fixed, the other have to live with the problems. And if you are renting the owner only wants to make money, so forget any improvement, fixes are cheap and are getting cheaper.”
