The other reviews about the tow scam here are correct. We have had out car towed from pur assigned spot twice! Our family is demanding an audit of the call log of who is in bed with Alpine Towing and getting money kicked back to them from this scam

I am a new tenant in one of the remodeled units, and I must express my satisfaction with this place so far. The staff has been incredibly helpful both before and after my move-in, making the transition smooth and stress-free. Additionally, the gym facilities are outstanding, equipped with high-quality machines that enhance my overall experience. I am truly enjoying my time here and appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff. Looking forward to continuing my residency in this wonderful community. Mrs. Mills

Older property is infested with cockroaches. Garbage is frequently strewn around the walkways and parking lot. Elevator in my building was out of service on a monthly basis. Rental prices are very high. AC can’t keep the apartment cool on the 4th floor in the summertime, went a few weeks with 82 degree temperatures last summer. The walkways reek of pot. Maintenance and management are responsive, however they can’t change many of these problems. Overall, a dismal place to live for the last 18 months.

This appartement is really nasty Smell like poops they do not clean The staff in the office doesn’t know how to talk to people. they tow our car for no reason even if you live in the apartment you have the sticker in front of your car. They are a big SCAM. The make money with the towing company so they keep towing our car for no reason. DO NOT COME LIVE HERE!!!!

1. Do not expect your security deposit back. 2. There are rodents. I have spotted rats near the mailbox and in front of neighboring doors. 3. I have been locked out of my apartment and security did nothing to resolve the matter. 4. THERE IS NO GROUNDS KEEPER. The building smells like urine because(especially the stairs) and they are NEVER cleaned. 5. Management is unresponsive. I have sent them several emails regarding the condition of the premises and excessive roaches and no response. 6. There is MOLD inside the apartments. Make sure you inspect the ceilings and walls carefully before signing a lease!!! 7. Cops are no where to be found. The gates are always broken and cars are constantly being broken into. BEWARE. I wish that I had done my due diligence prior to moving into these apartments. 8. The staff does not care about you or your situation, do not be fooled. They try and manipulate you into writing positive reviews by bribing tenants with prizes. Therefore, be mindful that good reviews are really "prize driven" reviews. 9. Maintenance never truly resolved the issues. The toilets are ancient and the facets are lose. I had problems with the toilets the entire time I resided are Horizons North. 10. You will be overpaying for rent if you settle for Horizon so KEEP LOOKING and be grateful you dodged a nightmare of a living space!! GOOD LUCK!
