Great place to live, new owners were amazing! Would recommend for a place to live. Everyone for the staff was awesome Lilly was the most helpful of them all with the old owners. Everything was pretty clean and well maintained.

Not safe at all considering my car got stolen out of here btw the security cameras don’t work and they want to charge $50 dollars a month for a parking space and don’t have any security. It is loud and the walls are thin there is always a plumbing issue

Living here has been a nightmare from before we even signed the lease. It started when the second we agreed to move in, they raised the rent by $200 and erased all record of the initial offered price. We were in disbelief but liked the space and decided to proceed anyway. Fast forward a week into living here, and both of my cars are towed at the same time because we didn't have a decal. The decal was not a part of move in orientation so I guess thats just something residents have to learn about the hard way. My cars have been towed twice since then, once for parking in a guest spot (because there was no resident spaces available and because there is no one checking all the random cars that come in and park here) and this last time because my tag was expired (a few months ago). We've lived here for about a year now and there is never a day where I don't see a cockroach around or in the elevator, which also happens to smell like garbage all the time. To the point where I don't have guests over because of how embarrassed I am. If you want to feel disrespected on a weekly basis, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

I lived here for 2 years, a living hell, pricy community. Always dirty full of ducks and garbage, elevators always broken. Uneexitent guess parking.I suffered an accident where a car broke into my apartment, and after a week of insisting and being homeless the management decided to give me another apartment, just to find out that the neighbor next door had a music studio and played loud music and throw parties every day, I spent 6 more moths in that hell, without being able to sleep at night, the management did nothing to solve it. You can find something much better and more peace for the money that you will pay there. Do not rent there.

I'm writing this review of desperation of how many times I been trying to be in peace living in this place ,the people they are allowing to life here make everyone a nightmare, the rent is to high for the services they provide ,I been dealing with the front office for over 7 times about the same problem there is a bad person that smokes through the building dropping cigarettes buts all over I had to replace my windshield wipers for at least 4 times. my car paint is damage. I had to park in a disable parking and for all they matter they havent done anything, this person park his cars next to the garage door and at 5am i wake up to a beep sounds of the garage truck .I feel really bad for the garage employee that have to manages not to damage the car that is park ilegall " I have no choice to advice future residents to beware of the tranquility that you may lost , i need this company to reach and make this people pay for the damage cause to my property and to please becarful of who you renting still garage outside the door and nothing happened the stairs smell like cigarettes is just so hard I love where I live but at this point I need the owner to please make a move and help me have a peaceful place for me to life I pay rent and is increasing but nothing is done the least will be to decrease my rent for this year been dealing with the same issue .....hope this help you make your decision where to make your new place call Home .....

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOU ARE GOING TO REGRET IT UNTIL YOUR LEASE ENDS! This is the worst maintained property ever, very filthy, dirty stairs, stained corridors. Constant smell to marihuana everywhere, no background screening for residents. Several sexual predators and delinquents occupy the buildings. Lights on corridors do not work and the back of the building is left to dark. Elevator on Bldg 1572 has not worked in one year. Water is cut off for no reason despite you paying it. No working laundry machines, dirty laundry room. Change of management (three times in one year), and no improvement at all. Cockroaches on the corridors, clogged trash chutes, ducks poop on the floors, stairs with urine. Believe the bad reviews because they are warnings and are TRUE!!!!

Privacy A plus. The only issue was when it rain it floods on one side (1564). Too many ducks and their droppings to navigate around daily. Fix those issues and living becomes A plus. The new apartment is located on the no flood side. Yet the ducks and their dropping still exist. The apartment is excellent and very comfortable on the inside.

The neighbors is nice and friendly, the community here is very welcoming!!!!! I love it here specially because this residency is allowing of pets!!!!!!!! I would ten out of ten recommend this to a friend!

Excellent community and staff, great green areas, nice lagoon, pretty quiet, nice elementary school, I want to live here for a long time, I recommend this community to everyone, especially families with childs.
