Great building. Very well maintained. The pool and bbq area just got a beautiful renovation! The common room is very nice and love the free coffee station! Office staff are all so incredibly helpful and friendly!

It's been a pleasure to live here for the last 6 years, and I have no intention of moving in the foreseeable future. I've experienced none of the issues that my peers who live in Brickell with bad management do.

Great location at an affordable price. Friendly, helpful staff. The apartment layouts are very convenient, with spacious closets. Grocery stores and parks are close by. The neighborhood is family- and pet-friendly.

Love the area. The apartment would definitely receive a high rating with a few changes and upgrades. For example, exchanging keys for keys fobs/electronic entry, removing carpet from bedroom, upgraded thermostat and appliances, etc.

I love the experience since the moment I arrived to the leasing office to start the process, Simon and Alberto helped me a lot during the process to make it faster and enjoyable because my stuff were scheduled to arrive soon and I needed to find an apartment fast, when I saw the unit I felt in love at first sight and they helped me a lot during the process.

Being a smaller community helps regarding the more personal interaction not only with the neighbors but also management staff. The building, I feel, is constantly being maintained. The community in general is great, there is a diverse mixture students, professionals and families.

We have enjoyed living at Berkshire Coral Gables. The location is ideal, and the layout of the apartment is perfect for us. The community has a number of well-kept amenities and is very dog friendly as well. One thing that has really impressed us is the responsiveness of the repair staff. If you have an issue, the team responds right away. Everything we have asked about has been repaired within 24 hours. If you are looking for a welcoming community near the Metrorail, Milam's, Trader Joes, and Merrick Park, Berkshire Coral Gables is hard to beat.

I moved into the building the end of January and I think this is a very nice building to live in. Everything it's very pleasant and the management I think is doing a terrific job trying to maintain everything in perfect order. I would recommend this building to all my friends just because I think it's worth to live in . I thank so much Maira and Simon because as I said, they are a lot on top of everything.

This community has been a fantastic experience for me. Since moving in at the peak of the pandemic, I've had a wonderful living experience in Coral Gables and I would elect to remain here for a long time if the economics weren't aggressively changing. The front office has been great, the handymen are fantastic, and the community itself is the perfect mix of peaceful and suburban, which is hard to find in Metro Miami.
