"As a recent tenant at 1500 Venera Ave., I am writing to comment on my experience as a resident at your complex. I had first heard of availability at this complex was both efficient and friendly , which i would soon find out was accurate. Therefore, upon his recommendation I signed a lease and moved in. As I soon found out, if I had any problem or needed any repairs, all I needed to do was inform Gloria or Betsy and the matter would be promptly addressed. One such incident occurred when my shower was leaking. I informed Gloria in the morning and within several hours the maintenance man arrived and fixed the leak. The friendly demeanor and promptness of Gloria and the rest of the managerial staff are all qualities that made my experience at your complex both pleasant and hassle free. Recently I moved from Coral Gables to Illinois to pursue other employment opportunities. However, if I ever return to the Miami area I would not hesitate to again reside at your complex nor would I hesitate to recommend this complex to a friend. This is in no small part due to your competent and excellent managerial staff. Therefore, I would like to thank Gloria and the rest of your managerial staff for the time I spent at Chateau Riviera. This apartment is a pretty good deal. It's greatest attribute is its location. The building is a block from Sunset Place, the open-air mall in South Miami and well within walking distance of several restaurants. The area is continuing to grow. Traffic has picked up with the recent addition of a Whole Foods market next door, but it hasn't been much of a problem. There is also a Publix across the street as well as a Gardeners Market close by. Finally, the Metrorail and the University of Miami campus are both a short walk from the building. The one-bedroom apartments are a spacious two floors with a very large floor to ceiling window. The AC is a wall unit, but it is more than capable of keeping the place cool. The management is very helpful when it comes to repairs and have promptly replaced a faulty stove and water heater without any additional charge. There is a pool that is clean, although needs to be resurfaced. Also, the laundry room has three sets of washers and dryers that do break down on occasion though are typically repaired in a timely fashion. Each apartment is alloted only one parking space. This is the third apartment I have rented in Miami and it has been by far the best rental experience thus far.

LOVE THIS BUILDING! Yes, the building is old and the AC units are window units, the floors in the halls are not shiny, you can tell that the building could use some renovations... However, the price is great for such a location...$900 for one bedroom townhouse. There are studios and one bedroom townhouses, approximately 40 apartments total in the building. It is just off Sunset Place! There is Publix within walking distance, Barnes and Nobles, metro station ( only 7 minutes walking distance),beautiful clean park right next to the complex. The management is very nice and efficient! I would highly recommend this place. I was searching for Miami apartments for 6 weeks day and night before we relocated here...this is definitely the best deal for the people who do not want or cannot afford to waste money on fancy buildings with doorman, etc... Inside the apartment, up the stairs, there is a wooden ceiling in one corner of the bedroom-very romantic! But, most of all...LOCATION Is the best I have encountered in this city, and especially for the price...GO FOR IT!!!A perfect place for students and professionals! Each units gets itw own parking! In addition, I was doing some comparison pricing...if this building were new and renovated, due to its PERFECT location, the rent would easily run almost twice as much!!!Even though it is close to one of the most popular spots in Miami ( Sunset place, 5 minute walking distance), it is very quite!!! Great value!
