This is the worst apartment I've ever lived in, my entire life. The office is completely unhelpful - half the time, no one is there, and they never answer the phone. You have to walk there and request help in person for maintenance problems, which is usually met with a lazy response or some problem, such as "there is only one person working." My refridgerator broke on a weekend and they refused to fix it. All my food melted and spoiled. Everything in the apartment is broken, the furniture is falling apart, yet they won't remove it and let you put in your own furniture. If they do the tiniest thing for you, they act like you owe them for their "personal favor." The entire place is a scam, the staff is lazy, and I will be out of here as fast as humanly possible. Also, I have a psychotic neighbor who continuously intrudes my personal space and demands to know where I am going every time I leave. The walls are paper thin and the showers turn from scalding hot to ice cold on their own. Every time I cook, the fire alarm goes off because of steam from the stove. The doors are rotting and the locks are hanging off. I can't say enough bad things about this apartment complex. I can't wait to move out, and I suggest you don't move in.

Good for UM student because it is very close by. Strange studio-type setup with kitchen in between every two rooms. It is like studio setting with tiny tiny kitchens. One room has a door between the room and the kitchen, and the other room only has a curtain. Parking is a huge problem during the day because it is not assigned. Problems with bugs too and a/c is wall unit and loud, but maintenance is fairly quick to respond to any problems. Nice to have utilities included. I would recommend as long as you know what you are getting into.

This place has no central air and room ac´s get very loud! The kitchen is really small and there is a huge ant problem! I would not recommend it at all. Parking can be impossible during the day because there are no assigned spots and it is shared with a business. Always heard loud music! Electricity, water, and cable are included in the rent!
