If you are purchasing a unit in this building 2160 SW 16 act Miami Fl 33145. I recommend you not to do it, this is the worst association to deal with I had requested a condo questionnaire, building budget and financials for a purchase and after my client paid $710.00 which I believe is an astronomical amount of money to complete a questionnaire we have to wait 30 business days to get this information completed mind you closing date is less than 30 business days We have to request an extension to purchase contract just because the HOA is taking a long time to provide the documents Don’t even try to speak with Carolina the person answering the phone in the HOA, she is rude, unprofessional, no education, she feels just because you are following up that you are bothering her, and if you try to speak with Yolanda from the building she don’t even bother to answer the phone This situation is very frustrating, don’t purchase any unit in this building, is NOT WORTH IT

Everything is literally 5 minutes away: Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, South Beach, Key Biscayne. The building is not too big, well maintained and the owners are all very nice. It's also very peaceful, i.e. no parties going on past 11 pm on weekends. I barely hear my neighbors.
