This is from a renter as i was looking at the place. The a.c. went out and understand it takes time but it took them 2 months to fix and so I had to leave my door open cor air.. And then after the hurricane my fridge stop working and they still will not fix it. I've been going out to eat since all my food goes bad and still don't have a fridge.

El edificio y los departamentos están muy limpios; solo recomiendo que pongan un poquito mas de cuidado en los jardines; por que aveces pasa mucho tiempo y no cortan el jardín y da muy mal aspecto y puede producir bichos y roedores. Me gustaría que fumigaran las áreas externas como pasillos, ventanas y jardineras; ya que solo fumigan adentro de los departamentos y he visto muchas arañas afuera. El otro inconveniente; que no pertenece al edificio pero que para mi es de muy mal gusto son las gallinas que andan en la calle, estacionamiento y que aveces se meten a las jardineras; tal vez un pet-control puede llevárselas; ya que defecan en los jardines y con lluvia y sol huele muy mal; ademas de que ensucian continuamente los autos en el estacionamiento por que duermen en los arboles. Algo que seria muy bueno, seria una especie de interfon o timbre en la puerta principal, ya que aveces entregan paqueteria ups y fedex, entre otros y no pueden entrar y no tienen manera de avisar que llegaron, de la misma manera las personas que visitan. La lavandería, se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones. En cuanto a seguridad, el edificio se encuentra muy bien alumbrado, tiene acceso en la puerta principal solo con tarjeta, y hasta el momento no se han presentado problemas. También seria bueno, que se pudiera ver lo del ruido por que algunos vecinos ponen la música muy alta y aun cerrando la puerta se logra escuchar El precio me parece muy bien, en cuanto a la zona es muy buena por que es muy céntrica, puedes tener cerca, tiendas, mall, la 95, escuelas, hospitales. lo único malo, es que en calles cercanas habitan muchos homeless y puede causarte un poco de miedo, pero son inofensivos nunca se meten con nadie; amenos no he tenido malas experiencias. El personal que labora en el edificio, es muy amable y atento. No aceptan mascotas, pero seria bueno que aceptaran perritos de menos de 25 lbs; ya que hay muchos gatos en el edificio; y no veo de malo tener mascotas si ya las ahí aquí. En mantenimiento califico con dos por que tengo 2 solicitudes pendientes; que tienen mas de 2 meses sin revisar y aun sigo esperando. Conclusión: Les Recomiendo vivir aquí!

This place is a 'dump'. The office staff are the most unprofessional creatures alive. Let's start with the fact that they don't have 'no people skills' and act super unprofessional. When you call the office the imbecil that picks up has no phone etiquette and leaves you holding for a long time while she attends every person that walks through the door. She kept me on the phone for over 20 mins until I got tired and hung up. When I called back, she had the audacity to tell me that it's not her fault, that she is experiencing phone issues which doesn't explain why she would pick up the call and not greet the caller or advise them to hold for a moment. When you meet them in person, you wonder if these ppl were picked up from the street cause most of them are missing teeth and look like they just woke up and came to work without brushing their teeth or comb their hair. Ingrid Yucon who is the biggest thief at this place, gets paid to rob from her tenants. After hiring a cleaning crew and spending over $200 to make sure this 'rat hole' is turned in impeccable, she has the audacity to deduct almost $300 from my dad's deposit for CLEANING....SHE REALLY GOT SOME NERVE!! I attempted to reach out to her on numerous occasions and this ratchet piece of scumbag never returned my call. She really expected me to walk away and not take action since I am sure the majority of the ppl that have lived at this place, have walked away simply bc they don't know any better or bc they don't have the time or money to go after these scumbags. What bothers me the most is that the majority of the ppl staying at this place, do not have the education or are familiar with our state laws that protect us tenants from landlords like them that are so corrupted and prey on the innocent. Some are immigrants who are too scare to stand up for themselves bc they fear deportation and some just don't have the time or money to get legal representation. Aside from the filthy staff, this neighborhood is not safe. There are a lot of bums, crackheads, prostitutes and criminals walking the streets at night and are always looking how they can come up . I am currently working on reporting this place to the HUD and "Better Business Bureau" in order to have this property removed from HUD since it's clear they take advantage of the less fortunate. This place is not a safe place to raise a family and it's definitely not a place to live unless you are carrying a gun with you at all times. Also, when dealing with the scum from the office, make sure you go strap cause these ppl are the worse criminals than the ones roaming our streets. This place deserves a negative zero and should be demolished and wiped clean from our city.

Bullet holes everywhere five murders in front or next door of the building,drug dealers have keys to the gate provided by the building manager rats come in your apartment thru the pipes,the roaches will rob you WHITE CRACKHEAD IN APT 209 lies to bump face ingrid and she threatens to give a seven day eviction notice based of what a CRACKHEAD says if i had to do it over again i would rather be homeless

Where should i start i been living in new arena for 2yrs and it has been a nightmare i have been rob my apartment has been shot up four times, they to break into my car the property manger in my building as allowed the drug dealers to save in the court yard . This place is not okay at all the lanlord Ingrid is no good and doesn't deal with her tenets correct I lost my job but contiue to pay my rent everything late fees and all but when i ask her what is my pass do balance she it was in the thousand n that was not correct i express that to her that her numbers where not correct she contiue to collect rent and file an eviction against me i was shocked when she didi it cause it takes from 20 to 30 days to file one i believe she is doing something illegal... Beware of this place
