My experience at this community I would have to say has been very good so far. We've lived here for the past 2-3yrs and the only downfall is how thin the walls are. We could hear every conversation from neighbors word for word and if they play music we can also hear it most of the times. However, noise after 9 pm is always at a minimum and is very family oriented. I highly recommend the community.

Exceptional location, near airport, walkable groceries, restaurants, but in quiet, safe neighborhood. High quality amenities. Simple, clean, logical floorplans. Good, safe, indoor parking (street parking in neighborhood is also safe but limited). Area does not generally flood to any significant extent, and apartments and most parking is well above the highest water I've seen. Fitness center not overwhelmed by influencers w/their ring lights (a bit more in yoga room). Dog and child friendly environment (while close to universities, not generally and undergraduate party crowd).

The management and maintenance team I've had contact with has been very tentative to any request we have made. Again, the maintenance of all floors should be a priority to maintain the standards of leaving in a clean environment.

Senior management should do the right honest thing and invest in the amenities they advertise. Make the amenities work, false promises just piss people off and lead to bad reviews, horrible word of mouth. I no longer complain to the nice office staff as clearly they are not in charge with no ability to effect change.

Nos mudamos hace pocas semanas, por ahora estamos muy satisfechos con todo en general, muy buena atención por parte del staff, el departamento está muy bien y en general el edificio también, tenemos algunas sugerencias que las haremos saber directamente en la oficina.

I don’t really have anything else to add. We have lived here almost ten years and we plan on staying many more years. I think management does an excellent job at maintaining the building. I do wish there was better security as we had when this building first opened. That is one of the things that drew us here. Despite a major rent increase a few years ago which was outrageous for tenants like us..old and original to this building I wish there was more security for this building

Este edificio no cumple con los códigos de la ciudad de West miami. ES UN PELIGRO vivir aquí . Elevadores expirados hace más de un año ,las alarmas de fuego suenan constantemente en las madrugadas, la única ducha exterior para piscina y jacuzzi no funciona desde hace años , las puertas de los garajes siempre están rotas y abiertas completamente las 24 horas del día, los paquetes que llegan lo roban y te dicen que no funcionan las cámaras.. así muchísimos más problemas que existen y que no arreglan . Lamentablemente la oficina de manager Ana, Claudette y Priscilla no saben cómo manejar un edificio. Es un lugar precioso pero descuidado por la oficina de manager y lo peor de todo que cuando bajas a preguntar las razones por la cual todas estas cosas siguen sin arreglarse simplemente te miran con cara de NO importarles nada en absoluto. Si no te gusta pues te vas.. Claudette es la peor recepcionista de oficina que jamás he visto en un edificio. Le preguntes lo que le preguntes no tiene respuesta . No sabe explicarte sobre las propias facturas que te cargan mensual, no sabe responder a ninguna pregunta sobre nada . Que hace allí trabajando ? Estuve presente cuando una persona interesada en el edificio quiso ver la propiedad para alquilar un apartamento y ella solo chismorreaba sobre la natación de su hijo y permitió que esta posible futura inclina se fuera sin poder ver el edificio.. así innumerables cosas pasan en este edificio. Ojalá cambien todo el sistema para que este edificio sea vivible y seguro para los residentes. La vida de una persona no puede correr peligro porque simplemente ellos no se ocupen de realizar correctamente su trabajo. Para eso les pagan y para eso estudian para tener ese puesto de trabajo, no es solo para apuntar un dato más en un currículum. Pésimo management

Horrible experience living at 950 SW 57th Avenue, Miami, FL 33144. My apartment was broken into before I actually moved in but had most of my belongings already in the unit. I learned after that the community had no cameras in the hallways. Scary.... The walls are paper thin enough for me to hear my neighbors from my bedroom clearly and their explicit sexual content. Very disturbing. The community staff and managers were very unprofessional except for a couple of the girls (Maria and Elizabeth). I recommend looking elsewhere before committing to this extremely expensive apartment. Not worth the money.

the building was badly constructed but looks good, the maintenance crew is great however the management is very bad. They have no concern for tenant satisfaction, I was trying to move to a 2 bedroom and after I agreed to take it they rented it out from under me after I had made plans and I was 2k in expenses. All I heard is that if I wanted the same floor plan across the hall it would be another 220.00 per month talk about bait and switch. Horrible business tactics. And even thou they accept pets they hound the tenants that do have them. Hell one of the laidys even knocked on a tenants apartment because their small child was having tantrum ( like no child ever has one) to ask her to quiet down the child.
