I moved into this community back in February and was so excited. Shortly after I began having a number of issues. A few weeks after moving in my ac stopped cooling. I then began having issues with my neighbors extremely loud entertainment system that is used during very inappropriate times of the night and morning and me being able to hear everything due to the walls being paper thin. Shortly after that my electricity went out in my unit. I put in a service request with the maintenance team to have the issue resolved and informed diego the property manager and it was “resolved” two weeks later it shuts off on me again at 12 am and did not come back on until maintenance arrived the next morning at 8 am. Therefore I had to sleep with no ac and my groceries spoiling. I spoke to the property manager again asking that the issue be investigated because There is clearly an underlying cause and he said that they went and took a look at the issue and reset the breakers. I also contacted FPL and they said that everything is clear on their end and it’s obviously an issue in my building or unit. Last night June 5th I arrived home at night after a very long day at work to find someone in my assigned parking spot, I then had to park in a random spot due to the inconvenience and when I got upstairs exhausted from my day I find no electricity in my unit yet again. This time I had to pack a bag and go stay the night elsewhere due to the fact that it was a Saturday night and I am aware that I won’t have electricity again until maintenance arrives on Monday morning which is an extreme inconvenience. I also feel that my safety is not being taken serious as this seems to be a major electric issue. I will be reporting this to those higher up and will even seek legal advice if need be. This ongoing issue is highly inconvenient and it is very unfair that This community charges so much for rent yet gives their tenants a highly un pleasurable living experience. I work way too hard to live uncomfortably. Fix the gate in the resident parking garage so that I can park my car with no issues when I get home. Be more strict with residents who throw trash in every corner before we attract rats. And have this electric issue in my unit resolved immediately before you have legal issues !

To move in was so easy. I Luka very much the place, is a quiet place. Also I have a gym area to do my exercises. The area of the pool is great. I have great neighbors. I really love the neighborhood, my apartment. It's near a lot of places I like to visit. The area where is located is great.

It has been a great experience living in Soleste Alameda apartments. Is a super safe area with gated garage. If you have any problem it gets resolved immediately. The common areas (gym, pool, terraces, etc.) are great for family, kids and pets. We like it!

Read the reviews on Google that should explain everything, I don’t recommend anyone moving into this building, looks nice in pictures but it is the complete opposite, internet provider is terrible!!! Parking is the worst for visitors, walls are paper thin, just a bad place made very cheaply
