The place is very quiet, the neighborhood is pet friendly with is a plus, management team is approachable, and the areas is clean, maintenance person is very professional and they act quick with every situation.

It's a good Apartment, if you're looking for something in a quiet area for an affordable price. The leasing office is very accommodating and they are pet friendly, great place if your college student living on a budget.

Pros- Location, one of my property managers and the maintenance guy. Cons- No pool, no fitness center, no security, Apartment floors are a mess, pretty expensive for what it doesn't have. You have a train that passes by everyday and you'll hear and definitely feel it. I honestly could keep going but it would be too much.

Overall, the staff's customer service is magnificent, as are the repairs and maintenance. The location is accessible and centrally located, and the neighborhood is quiet. On the downside, when it rains, abundant water accumulates in the surrounding area, on the street, and inside the parking lot, making it difficult to leave the building in small cars.
