We have been living here for three years..sold our house..and love it!!!Frankly, I really don't not miss the up keeping of owned property. If something needs to be fixed..the staff is on it right away! It is secure a clean place to live..and it has a beautiful pool area. The staff is polite quick to attend to your needs. Another perk, is that you don not step on dog poop..no pets allowed..which is another reason why I love living here.

I would say that the complex is well kept and the faculty is excellent, well at least for Margini and Diana because the Manager SUCKS!!! Lately, I don't know if they're still doing the same background checks or not, but some of the new tenants are very LOUD, especially to be outside your balcony from 12 AM to beyond 2AM having outlandish conversations is really not acceptable, especially almost every day!!! Like everything like the previous comments, everything has a pros and cons, but that would be my main concern!

This place was horrible. They were always complaining about everything. They charge you for everything. When your lease is up, they make it the worse experience ever. Not only are you stressed out about the move but they give you more stress on top of that. It was noisy you can hear all your neighbors. It was horrible i do not recommend anyone living here. There's alot more cheaper places and much much nicer.

This woman has brought to my attention since July false accusations she has no proof of stating "loud and boisterous music". For the record in which i can prove i am never home always out on dates, in the studio recording, or out in the ocean on a boat. Plus my kids have to do their homework what kind of parent would i be if i had loud and boisterious music during the week? Basically i am the only single mother with two babies that looks like JLO while she looks like a fat cow and wants to make false accusations on a hard working woman that has no time to be bothered with non sense. There are tenants that stomp on the floor because they are fat like her and one of my neighbors sits naked in front of the tv with the blinds open, and they want to complain about me? lol Waterford landing is a joke.....ive lived in better.

I have had no bad experiences here at Waterford Landing, But, like all things in life, nothing is perfect, but this is the closest you can get. The girls in the office are wonderful. Both Diana and Margini are always avail. to help and they know everyone by first names. That alone shows they help with a smile. The apartments are nice well kept. I definitely recommend this community to everyone to come and check it out!!!!
