don't put your money down for an apartment,I put the deposit down and didn't get the place,but didn't get my money back either i was told that i had to wait 15 to 30 days to get my deposit back which is clearly not the law in Florida I spoke with the Manager and she gave me this BS line about having to send the check out and get it from her corporate office that she doesnt know the number to when i asked for it so these people are shady I'm still waiting on my Money I have my Lawyer about to send them something in the Mail though so be aware..

Its a nice place, aesthetics wise, but the office staff is horrible, especially the property manager. They recently repaired roof on our building and rent went up $75. Honestly, the maintenance staff is great, and the community is ok, but the property manager is just a horrible person, and makes you feel like this is her home and you are just a nuisance. Cant wait for my lease to expire, im running away in the other direction as fast as i can. Save yoursel the $1,550/per month and look somewhere else where the management actually cares for their tenants. Oh yeah, they are painting and doing construction on the roof of a few of the buildings. Drilling, hammering, machinery, workers yelling. Dont plan on peace and quiet during the day, 8am - about 5pm. I constanly find myself almost stepping on nails and sharp objects from the contruction debris. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

This place is awful. The people who live here are awful. I moved out months before our lease ended, and continued paying rent just because it was that bad. I have watched drug deals go down and people get arrested here. When we moved in, everything was broken. The door has a huge gap in it, the oven didn't work, the stove top didn't work, the fridge had a broken seal, the dishwasher had rotten chicken and other food still in it, the window was broken, the fridge was moldy and was missing bars and droors, and the shower leaked into the apartment below us. there was dog poop all over the front and back lawn, and there was trash all over the breezeway, which our neighbor informed us was from the last owner who lived in our apartment who moved out months ago. She said the people who cleaned the apartment just left everything outside the door and yes, there was a big heap of trash next to our door. The office was terrible, the repairs were slow and poorly done. When we moved out, we were charged for things that were in the apartment before we arrived-charged a whopping $500 and literally only $50 of that was from anything we did. ALL PICS ARE OF OUR MOVE IN DAY!!!

I am in need of an apartment and have looked over the layout and it doesn't look that bad. I was hoping that someone can give me a better and more up to date review on these apartments. Many people are discussing the office staff..are they really that horrible ?? I would really appreciate it if someone can write me back on here. I need somewhere to move into, but i don't want that place to be here if it is really THAT bad. Do you feel safe living there ? Is the security really THAT bad ? how bad are the appliances ? Do they break down very often like everyone else said ? Thanks

I have lived here for almost 7 months and I am so glad my lease is almost over. Don't be fooled by there nice faces or their fake pest control this apartment is filed with roaches especially in building 4 please be warned !! I had no other complaints other then the roach infestation going on that they seem to not be able to take care of !!

Omg! I went to the site today and loved the layout. Yes the leasing agent was rather dry, she didn't really show me around at the emeneties. But I loved the apartment layout. After reading the reviews, I'm extremely hesitant to even apply. Thank you all for giving ur input. Maybe someone can put in a word that has lived there within this year. Maybe maintenance has improved. The location is great. Hope to hear from someone on this.

The complex appearance looks very inviting, but be aware looks can be deceiving!! Deception is everywhere starting with the office management, security, maintenance crew and even those living next door. Management s lack of communication with maintenance delays repairs. Maintenance crews never finish the job correctly or by promised date. Security is a laugh; they arrive around 7pm and sleep through to 6am. What a waste of expense! The gym is a hole in the wall, and 50% of their equipments are not working properly. Their Jacuzzi is broken 75% of the time. WATERFORD POINT IS HIGHLY OVERLY PRICED; don t get fooled by the complex appearance!

I can't even count the number of issues I've had with this complex. I can not wait to move from here! They are slow on fixing things. They turn away deliveries and the front office staff exhibits very little customer service excellence except on lease signing day. Parking is a headache, spaces are extremely small and cramped and often time you are unable to even get one. All the machines in the "fitness" area are broken. I would not recommend anyone to live here.

Well. I honestly have to say, that after reading all the reviews prior to mine I was a little afraid that they wouldnt refund any of my deposit back, but. They did every single penny. As long as you return your apt they wat it was given to you, you will receive everything back. My overall experience was great. Tatiana the property manager was always very nice and efficient. I made about maybe a total of 2-3 service calls I made to the office for your typical wear and tear, and it was always taken care of almost immediately. The pool was always well kept, my family and I enjoyed it alot. Super quiet & close to everything. I would definitely rent again if I needed to.

I lived here for 2 years and had a horrible experience. Tatiana the manager can be nice at times but seemed overwhelmed or just not at the office most of the time i needed to contact her. Her employees don't know what they are doing most of the time or simply don't care about there jobs. There maintenance is rude and make you feel like they are doing you a favor whenever they need to fix anything. I had several problems while living here. To get anything done you have to call them a million times for them to get it completed. My dishwasher broke, my a/c unit broke, it froze on me twice also and leaked water into my carpet and they didn't even offer to have the carpets washed for me either time. I lived in a one bedroom and wasn't even a big area it was honestly the least they could have done. Oh also the maintenance people I would notice would always always come in to my apartment with dirty shoes and leave marks on my carpet. I mentioned it with one of the other neighbors and they said they had the same problem and that the only one that was respectful and would bother cleaning his shoes was the younger guy. I chose this place because school was close to me and so was work and thought it would be a good experience but do I regret it. There gates always had problems. I mean always. My card would most of the time not even get the gate to open so I would have to call myself from the gate to my cell to open it. I really ended up giving up on them because who has the time to be complaining all the time to them. Oh ya and towards the end this one maintenance guy began a new annoying thing which was just coming in to the apartment without knocking and just open and once he was in yell maintenance or pest control. The first time I was caught off guard and thought I perhaps had not noticed and the second time he walked in on me naked the third time I waited on purpose sitting in my living room reading a book in silence and he walked in again and was shocked to see me. He immediately started saying that he had knocked 3 times and blah blah blah when I at no point had even said anything to him other than a friendly hello. I think he assumed no one would be home since people weren't normally home on the days they did maintenance but when I called to complain the girl who answered was rude and said that they always knock as if I were lieing. I was just glad I moved out of there. Now for the same amount I live on South Beach much happier. I'm so glad I am done with school and don't have to live out there any longer. Oh ya and parking was also a very very big problem as the spots were very small and never enough parking unless you parked in a different area of your building and didn't mind walking a lot which was really inconvenient at night when you just wanted to go home. The one thing I do give the community is that they have floorplans of all types. They do have some pretty comfortable floorplans. My apartment was very spacious and I loved that about it. But they do charge you for it and it is not worth all the headaches that come from it. P.S. in my personal opinion I think those reviews from july, august, and september were written by the staff themselves.
