This is a beautiful, well-kept property in the heart of The Crossings in Kendall. The property has a security gate, a sparkling pool area with jacuzzi, gym, and nicely maintained flower gardens with palm trees. The apartment walls are concrete so very quiet living Apartments are equipped with dishwasher, washer and dryer as well. One of the most distinct aspects of apartment hunting in Miami these days is the fact that most of the places that I have called either send you to a voicemail, never answer the phone, or you have to leave a message. I did not find this to be the case at Waterford Point. Every time I have called, someone has answered the phone and ready to answer my questions. This to me stood out the most among the many other apartment rental communities that I called in a time where I had to secure an apartment rather quickly. In particular, I would like to commend Eddie, Grecia, and Tatiana (manager) from the on-site leasing office for their excellent professionalism! In a very stressful time for many us searching for an apartment in south Florida, finding Waterford Point Apartments was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend that you stop by or call the leasing office, take a tour of the model apartments of Waterford Point and eventually you can say like I did, "Wow, it feels like home." Dr. G.

Management are the worst, they make you feel like you live there for free would not respect the right of the residents to use common areas and the gym, maintenance people makes you feel more welcome and treat you better than the management would.

I am a current resident and this by far is the worst managed rental property I ever experienced. If you plan to live here don't slip because they will throw the books at you. While other managers at other locations work with their tenants during this difficult time of corona ebidemic this manager refused to wave $100 dollar penalty for being one day late. On the 5th of the month they knock on my door with a nasty letter saying I owe them my rent +100 penalty for not paying on the 3de which by the way falls on Saturday. So I ran to the Office right away With my checkbook and spoke to the manager but she refused to accept my check (the same check she been accepting for the last 14 months) and demanded a cashier check. Now I admit that I slip and For the first time I forget about paying the rent because I am used to paying everything automatically online a service they just finally added. I will pay the 100 dollars as per my contract but are they going to compensate us tenants for services lost such as the pool, gym and office during Corona. I bet not. That is my story and can't wait for my lease to end because this management don't deserve my business.

I wish I would have read the "deposit "rip off" review scans that they continue to get away with before I placed my own deposit down. They scammed me too. They should be investigated for illegal practices.... People are going through hell with the PANDEMIC and this muli-million dollar owner of many, many buildings continues to feed off the backs of unsuspecting tenants who had good intentions.

I have read other reviews on the office staff. And I read one that scares me about the deposit rip off. Please DO NOT MOVE HERE. TATIANA is scary !!!! They are messed up!!!!! She sent me an attorney letter !!!! It is mean and rude. In the middle of COVID -19 They are BREAKING THE LAW AND KICKING ME OUTR FOR NO REASON AND THREATNING ME-----DO YOURSELF A FAVOR ---STAY AWAY!!!! IT IS NOT WORTH IT !!! YOU WILL ENED UP WITH MORE STRESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHE HAS AGGRESSIVE PERSONALITY PROBLEMS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, I like to say I have rented Different apartments for 8 years with my family, this is the only one trying to trick me and take my deposit away. They know that nobody has ``enough" time to play with them. So, they are expecting nobody will do sth. I already reported them on BBB. I encourage everyone to stand out and get your money back. The deposit rip off is not the only problem. Kids are not welcome in this property. There is no playground. Even no safe space to walk around. One office lady (she is a control freak) asked me to wash away the kid chalk drawing on parking lot. It is wired. The sidewalk chalk is selling in every supermarket, there is a reason for that. They even do not have common senses? It is a super noisy location. The traffic noise continue minute after minute, day and night. The parking space is limit and small. It doesn't fit suv at all. The AC doesn't work well. I set 70 in that 2bed room apartment, it was still hotter than 75 in my current 3bedroom townhouse rental. The dryer doesn't functioning either. Now I am living in another rental with a dryer like 20 years old still huge better than their declare new one. In their office, Most office ladies are rude. They act like do you a favor to provide service. They do not greet their residents and show you a cold face all the time. The schools around are not good. Some daycare around even offer a long video time to kids.

Great community! I am on my second lease with this property. When I decided to start shopping around for apartments, Waterford Point caught my attention because of their centric location; also community seemed nice and well-kept. My first lease was in a standard 1x1 unit. I was very happy with my cozy one bedroom unit. My daughter and I lived there for a year. The few times that we have any maintenance issues, (only 3 minor ones); they took care of those problems right away. Now I am leasing a beautiful 2x2 upgraded townhouse. I could not be happier. I LOVE my unit. It is VERY spacious and modern. I highly recommend Water Point. Leasing Staff very nice and friendly. Tatiana is always professional and helpful. Maintenance staff… superb

I've lived here for a few months now and luckily haven't had the issues mentioned below. Things have probably changed a lot in the last year or so. The staff is really nice, especially the maintenance guys. One even helped me move my heavy stuff in for storage, for much less than paying a moving company. The parking here can be annoying after 7pm though. The parking spots are really tight so sometimes it takes a few extra minutes to park properly. Usually if I get home extremely late, I'd have to park in the parking lot behind the apartment building near mine, and walk over to my building. The walk is nothing, but the convenience of parking peacefully right in front of my building late at night would be nice. The maintenance guys really do need to start wearing booties too. The whole place is carpeted yet they come in for monthly maintenance with their nasty shoes from outside.

Pleasant interaction with office, maintenance and grounds crew. Staff was attentive to our concerns and promptly responded to concerns expressed. Renovations to property and apartments are a welcomed asset.
