It s nice to come home and see an encouraging gift from the staff. We all received a calendar with a candy cane on it, was so cute. In these difficult times likes these is when the smallest things matter. Thank you, Waterford Point.

My grandson lived here for one year, paid all rent on time, followed all the rules and when he moved they kept almost all of his security deposit. He cleaned really good. They charged him for a cleaning package. They charged him for staines on counters and sinks that clearly were not caused by him. Not once was the staff pleasent to me or to him during the year he was there. I would never recommend this place. they will rip you off.. while being rude..

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I wanted to enjoy this apartment, but the management made it difficult. The unit itself was fine, no complaints there. But the management is the problem. The worst is that they nickle and dime you when you move out. I lived in the unit for 3 years and took good care of it. I even did a walk-through with the management before leaving and they did not note any problems. Then after moving out, I get hit with a bill - items that were not on the move out check list and were not in the lease. Beware. Other management problems. The property changed hands three times while I lived there. People in the front office didn't last long and so no one there ever really knew how to answer questions or what had gone on before them. The management was slow to respond to problems. They did not clean the grounds (rather they let trash on the lawns get mowed over so it was shredded). They also did not respond to noise complaints. It took THREE calls to the police about late-night parties before the management finally sent a letter to a residents reminding them about noise.

I moved in 3 months ago. The service was excellent. They approved me really fast and gave me great move-in specials. When i got the unit everything was perfect. Great service.

We lived in this community for 1 year and it was an excellent experience, the great customer service provided by the staff really made a difference. When we moved in, the apt. was given in excellent conditions and everytime something needed to be fixed the answer was immediate. Great maintenance, the common areas are beautiful and are kept clean. . . the pool is always clean and the staff is always there to help you. . . We highly recommend this community.
