My family leased #308 and was there for 2 years. Rent was always paid on time & everything seemed to be great even when the required notice was given that we were going to move. However, we lived with dishwasher and garbage disposal which had an odor and not working for 6 + months. After a severe rain we had a hole in our bedroom ceiling that was never repaired. Our newborn kept getting sick and the apartment smelled like mold. When a walk through was completed they reiterated and acknowledged that they did not do the repairs they were suppose to do and desperately needed. They also acknowledged they would be sending our deposit and have our mailing address. Based on the friendly relationship we thought we had and our apartment was clean we took them at their word. As of today we have not heard from them. We have left messages and sent text messages on file; but have never heard from anyone. They had 30 days to respond regarding any issues but never heard from them. We have pictures on file showing the ceiling damage and sent them to them in a text message.DO NOT LEASE APARTMENT #308 YOU WILL NOT GET ANY REPAIRS DONE AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. Our baby was in and out of doctors office with congestion and now we know it was from the mold we lived with in the apartment due to the rain and water and mold.

DO NOT move or BUY at Le Club @ Old Cutler....the pool works, but the jacuzzi is always on the blink.....If you have not paid for a car sticker...you can not park your OWN car in your reserved spot AND you can not have a visitor park in a visitor spot for more 3 days. If it rains.....the WHOLE parking lot gets flooded. You pay association fees BUT you cant put "stuff" on your patio....The gate is secured....but when security leaves the booth, visitors have to wait forever to get in...WHY...because the box with resident gate codes do NOT work. Security always let visitors in without calling me. I have called them back and asked why they didnt call before allowing a visitor in, I was told...."they said they were your friend"....is that security? DO NOT MOVE OR BUY HERE!

Don't move here. During rainy season it floods: you have 2 options 1. don't go to work or 2. don't drive your car through the flooded areas (which is everywhere). They are money hungry: I lived here since 19** and was in a one bedroom apt. and moving to a 2 bedroom apt....had to pay $275 for a background check and a re=application......I was already living here...SO WHY...they just want the money. Security consists of a young security guard (wears army fatigue pants often) who is rude and stays in the bathroom by the pool getting high and will let anyone in to visit you without calling you first....the visitor box outside where a visitor shd be able to contact you via ur code and you let them in....DOES NOT WORK...NOR does the GUARDS....AND the Manager Annabell is racist....if you not --------....DO NOT MOVE HERE....She is rude if u are not LATINO. Homeowners ....we are being RAPED by the association fees....I AM SELLING MY UNIT DIRT CHEAP to the next IDIOT who is stupid enough to buy!

This property was strictly rental apartments prior to 2005, then became privately-owned condos. The general contractors did a nice job of fixing up the grounds and the buildings. The neighbors are generally quiet and there is 24-hour security at the gate (with a roving guard at all times). There is a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and exercise room, along with a few grills that are available for residents. The clubhouse is available for party rentals for a small fee. There is one assigned parking per unit, but a 2nd car will need to park in a visitor's spot (where there are plenty of). If your apartment doesn't have a washer & dryer, there is a large laundry facility close to the pool. They do landscaping once a month. The neighborhood is nice and plenty of restaurants and shopping centers/malls in the area. Will miss it when I leave.

Whe I first moved i it was ok. Honestly because I have a lake view I didnt mind some things. When we moved in the gave us a PACKET of rules, you are not aloud to do much! Also The parking lot floods like NOTHING I have ever seen before (they also said they fixed it a few year back, but NOTHING is different! The security here are all morons! Some people they call me to let i, other they just let in. One of the security's got i a fight with my friends. I forgot my card to get the gate one day so I talked to the security and gave him my LE CLUB card and he gave me a hard time about getting in! Also sometimes there are no security guards at the gate and then you dive around the neighborhood and see TWO of them goofing off on the golf carts... Last but not least someone tried to break into our apartment and messed up our door so bad. We called the office to get it fixed, they said they would fix it asap cause our door was falling apart, it took them 2 weeks to get a new door, where I had to call the police to write a report just in case something else happened. When the guy finally came to fix my door he was the most disrespectful person I have EVER spoken to, and he made a huge mess all over my couches and did nothing to protect them or clean them after! When I called the office to complain they said that they never had a problem with him, but I have personally talked to many people that have had conflicts with him!! THE WORST NOW THAT THEY HAVE NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!

I like the place sometimes, its ok. But some of the neighbors are really annoying. I live with an annoying family on the second floor above me who live moving furniture and yelling and smoking. The rooms get cold real fast, the air conditioning is crap. But that's based on mainly if the land lord is a moron or not. My landlord is a moron this place is in foreclosure so yeah. But the facilities are good and the maintenance people are good they help you. The parking is ok-ish because sometimes the people park badly, or there's visitors so no parking. The rules are kept but you can get away with them easily. We have 3 dogs but everyone is ok with it because we pick up their ---- bombs and we keep them quiet. Also the security guys are really good with keeping security but sometimes people come home drunk and destroy the fence or little plants they kept in the front. The apartments size btw are kinda small but yeah. And there's a river when it rains so then I get my legs all wet and I'm allergic to rain water. And if you like cats there's alot here. We have cats yes but they are nice cats not mean and they all reside near my house we feed them. But yeah over all its good. I would like to know the history of this place though, because my place is haunted. MOVE HERE. If you like its up to you but I recommend it.

I've lived at Le Club for four years and find it to be very peaceful and quiet. I have a water view and some nice neighbors. The office personel DO go over the top enforcing the rules. Don't try to hang anything that's not white over your windows, and don't take a bottle of water to the pool, smoke or have a sandwich. The "pool police" will be on your case. I just don't go to the pool anymore. Security is big on parking issues. There's plenty of parking but thank God I have my designated spot. One of my visiters was almost towed because she parked in a non-designated parking space. I love the layout of my apartment. I like the washer and dryer on the screened porch and the balcony in the master. My view is awesome and my neighbors are quiet. I'd recommend it unless you plan to break the rules. Then you've problems.

I don't care how desperate you are, DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you've read 1984, management/office personal are Big Brother. I was hassled over how many flower plants I had on my patio, how many pieces of furniture (must be 3, NOT 4), how orderly I maintained the patio, WHICH was only visible if someone stretched their neck over the cheap hedge plants they've got in front of balconies. The senior citizens have nothing better to do than to let you know when you aren't abiding to one of the absurd regulations. Today is 8/11/10. Up until now, I have not had a problem with security. They were always there, and were always very courteous. As far as I knew, tenants were pleased with their service. I've just learned that the security company has been replaced by the former supervisor who went behind his employers back and started his own company. I'm sorry but I don't feel very protected by a security company run by a dishonest man. Neither do I approve of a management that would hire said individual knowing what had happened. The upside to this place? Parking. Except when it rains. Parking then turns into a RIVER because the sewage/water drain is insufficient.

I've proudly lived in Le Club 14 years while it was a Rental Community - and there were problems, such as a constant turnover due to the wrong tenants coming in. We had some small petty crimes - during summer (schools out). But overall the best community I've ever lived in. Left during the conversion due to the fact that my apartment was one of the first one sold....... (Could not afford to buy) Came back 1 year later and rented for 2 additional years. Noticed the downward spiral of the community....too many renters who just don't care about where they live..... Now I can proudly say I own... and hope changes will be implemented regarding the rules and regulations and the renter who now share this community with us owners.

Le club is a quite and safe community nestled on a lake with tennis courts, pool, jacuzzi, stem bath, club house, tennis courts, kids play ground and a lake walk way. Now that the once rental community is now owner owned and rented out, Le club is a really nice place to live.
