The is the best maintained complex in South Florida. Security & management that do what they are paid to do; keep a well groomed, safe environment for all. Best amenities included in rent. Spotless laundry room on each floor for minimal cost. You have to see to believe that community living can be so quiet & enjoyable. If you like a safe, quiet atmosphere, ample resident & guest parking & can follow simple, basic rules, designed to support these goals, then King's Creek is the place for you. If not we respectfully ask you to take your business elsewhere. We have owned but rented out our unit there for 20 years. Since our goal is to select tenants that enjoy this kind of atmosphere we have had no problems there. Even with remodeling/repairs, the criteria to follow are both necessary & law abiding in any business community.

Sent a tech to fix a computer for a client that lives in this location. The job was completed successfully and when tech arrives to vehicle that he left parked 3Hrs ago in a "Guest" parking spot parked correctly not on top of any of the parking lot lines with Company Name, Phone Number CLEARLY LISTED ON VEHICLE with A QUARTER OF THE PARKING LOT EMPTY and the vehicle was towed. Went to the Main Office no one cared and just gave the tech Towing Company contact information. When called Towing Company No one cared he said "They called me to tow it and I did" then after guy said "if you want your car its a total of $125.00". Tech notified client of situation that was going on. Client said Main Office charges a Deposit for $100.00 for visits to residents for cars to be able to park there as a "Guest" this is absurd. Client said he was going to move from this place the 3rd time one of his visitors gets vehicle towed. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I moved here six months ago and are already dying to leave. We had read the reviews but thought (because we are the quietest, most law-abiding people ever) that we could handle it. My mother-in-law owns our condo and while she was helping us move in, she accidentally parked in the wrong parking spot to ten minutes and her car got towed. Let me repeat, she OWNS a condo there but they towed her car. Since we've moved in, we see the tow trucks coming on a daily basis and we're heard the security guards talk about how they get cuts of the tow fees. Did I mention that the parking lots are huge and there is NEVER an issue with over parking? This is clearly a side business the condo association has with the towers. I got a new car and I had to get a temporary parking pass while I waited for my license plate. The pass expired at midnight one night and I went out at six the next morning and my car was gone. Clearly they were watching for the clock to run out on my pass so they could tow. The head woman in the office is a witch. Every time I go into the condo office for something, someone is always, without fail, screaming at this woman because she did something horrible to them. I've also seen her scream in the most unprofessional way a one of the sweet girls who works there in front of a room full of residents. We were all embarrassed for the poor girl and ashamed of this woman's atrocious behavior. There is a room directly across the hall from our condo that is supposed to be designated as a rec room and used to (before the witch lady was in control) have pool tables for the residence to use. This rec room is paid for by condo fees and because of that should be accessible to the residences. However, it is not open and in fact, a middle aged man lived there. I would see him slipping quietly and furtively in and out sometimes. Obviously, he was not legally living there and was probably related to someone from the condo office. One day my husband happened to be home during the week and he saw the condo cleaning crew helping this man move out. They were a great hurry and were talking about how someone was coming to do an inspection. Clearly this man was living off of condo fees for his rent, and also using condo paid employees for his own personal moving crew. Overall, the most illegal and sketchy run condo association I've ever witnessed. The latest thing is that we got a notice when we came home this past Friday telling us that they are closing down all the parking spaces in literally half of the apartment complex (which is huge) for an entire WEEK starting on Monday and that they would (big surprise) be towing without notice any cars parked in our half of the property. Good thing we didn't happen to be away for the weekend (which we sometimes are), otherwise we would have come back on Monday to find both of our cars towed without any warning. Ever since we moved into this place, we have tried hard to do our best to avoid trouble, but this place has been one headache after another. DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! I wanted to stay here for five years (until we could buy a house), but now I'm looking at other places because I can't take it any more. Hands down the worst place I've ever lived.
