First I want to say that this place is really nice and if you are looking for a safe place where you are able to walk at night and feel safe then this is the place.Of course I will not exaggerate and say it is perfect as all places have issues which at times are created with the same residents who do not want to adhere to the rules or policies of the condominium. I challenge anyone to find a place at this price in this city with the amaneties this place has to offer and your search will come back empty handed.You have to be mindful that they're is a waiting list and you do need to meet the requirements but if you are one of the lucky ones to get selected you will be very pleased. The staff from the manager to maintenance are wonderful people who will go above and beyond to ensure that you receive the highest quality of customer service.For those writing bad reviews I am sorry you feel like that but this rental community has a long waiting list with its apartment completely booked and you as stated in your comments that you resided 16 years so I do not believe someone would stay that long in a place that is a bad as your review mentions. The rent did go up as you stated but it wasn't just for you as this is a profit based rental community and raising rent is a common practice.

Very nice and quiet, very professional,since new management took over last year...great pool..love it..
