It's a good place to live, BUT people there is rude, disrespectful and the hygiene is poor, specially in trash chute and elevators (not everyone but a good amount of people). Fire alarm can sound at ANYTIME, I've never seen someone cleaning the pool appropriately and sometimes the building workers are rude too (not everyone, but some people in the main gate and maintenance are) I like the place but when you live with people that don't follow rules is difficult.

Actualmente vivo en este edificio y mi experiencia ha sido muy mala. La ba?adera est? pintada y es extremadamente resbalosa, lo cual es peligroso. Los elevadores fallan constantemente; incluso mi esposa qued? atrapada m?s de 20 minutos. Han abierto nuestro auto para robar y tambi?n nos han robado paquetes. Los apartamentos son viejos y el aire acondicionado no enfr?a bien. Hay basura en las escaleras, el parqueo es insuficiente y si llegas tarde no tienes d?nde estacionar. Adem?s, las alarmas de incendio se activan con demasiada frecuencia. A pesar de todos estos problemas, la administraci?n no ha sido justa ni ha querido cancelar el contrato sin penalidad. No es un lugar seguro ni c?modo para vivir.

Country Club Towers is a nice place with excellent views, trees, amenities and great people who lives and work. Is a friendly and family oriented community with good security and restricting access to not residents

He vivido por muchos a?os aqu? en country club towers pero este a?o ha sido fatal , ruido y volumen alto de m?sica en el piso de arriba parece que trabajan hay de madrugada con taladros martillos malo

Los pasillos del edificio no tiene aire y huelen a humedad y aparecen manchas de hongos en las paredes y puertas. No es agradable. No ha cámaras de seguridad en el edificio que no brinda sensación de seguridad en algunos momentos. Aceptan perros de toda raza y tamaños muy grandes que asusta conseguirlos en un estrecho pasillo, van sin bozal y son un peligro para niños. ladran (algunos) en el día y se oye fuerte por su tamaño, no dejan descansar. La estufa de mala calidad y las puertas de clóset de metal

The location is great. Near transportation, banking, schools, stores, restaurants and a park. There's not a lot if crime in the area so there's definitely a sense of security. The units are big but closet space is tight but you can't have everything.

I truly enjoy living in my apartment community. It is well-managed, secure, and supported by a responsive management team and attentive security staff. Warm but professional I love my apartment community?it feels safe, is well managed, and the security staff is consistently professional and attentive. They raise the monthly payment each year with a congrats card. Wtf. Also maintaince is awful, take too long and dont fix ----. Guest parking rules is always a mess. Problems with the automatic payments for the rent. Want me to keep going.?

Pudiesen mejorar... rentas muy costosas para lo que ofrecen, pasillos sucios de orina y heces de mascotas. INSEGURIDAD al 1000 %, abren veh?culos, hay personas extra?as en la salida trasera, brincan los muros y entran y nadieeee hace nada deber?an de tener mayor seguridad es terrible. Tengo 5 a?os aqu? y no me pintan en apartamento tengo que literalmente rogar para que me den pintura, es terrible, cada d?a est?n peor. Pero si uno se atrasa enseguida te amenazan con sacarte.
