To echo most of the previous reviews I too believe the maintenance department is a joke. The appliances are from the dinosaur era and energy cost will be unbelievably high. They don't bother fixing anything. There is no security, cars drive in all night long and settle in the parking lot to snort cocaine & obtain sexual favors and the one so called security guard just waves at them. The office lady who only works part time (the rest of the time the office is closed) is a total waste of human breath, she looks at you like your from another planet when you even dare to complain and only sends repairs for her friends who she leases apartments for. If She's rude, nosy, uneducated serpent. I lived there for many years out of sheer necessity, I only recommend living here to save money and get the heck out!

This place is a disaster. broken gate which they havent been able to fix in over 3 years, security is a guy on a golf cart that makes 1 trip around the complex maybe once a week at night. Basically anyone can just drive or walk right in and use the pool, or basketball court. We've even seen teens drinking and smoking marijuana in the parking lot, and the main office just told us to call the police whenever we see that again! Are they serious??? No emergency maintenance number whatsoever. No assigned parking, which makes it a free for all here if you arrive after 6pm. I can't wait to get out of here soon.

The place is a night club at night. People in their houses playing really loud music plus you have cars driving by with loud music as well. Also u can't even drive out of the parking lot without making sure you wont hit one of the million kids that play in the streets. Also the maintence needs work. Since hurricane Wilma there is no security or fence around the property.
Horrible place to live.

This place has the worst security ever (a wooden pole that is contantly broken) It is also very loud at night, especially with all the guettho style tentants who think that their apartment is a night club. The place is probably one of the cheapest ones around (only get it if you are strouggling with money or if you are a college student)
