Customer Service: The leasing office does not have a dedicated customer service line for tenants. Calls go directly to the housing office, making it challenging to reach someone who can assist promptly. While the staff is helpful, this system hinders effective communication. Amenities: The gym facilities are outdated and lack sufficient equipment. This limits residents' ability to maintain an active lifestyle and does not meet the needs of the community. Maintenance Communication: While maintenance services are efficient and responsive, there is a lack of effective communication regarding the resolution of issues. A clearer feedback loop would enhance the experience. Portal App Documentation: The documents on the portal app, including my lease, are not consistently updated. This can lead to confusion and uncertainty about my tenancy. Visitor Parking: Visitor parking is extremely limited, making it difficult for families staying for extended periods. The daily rates are also quite high, which adds to the inconvenience. Towing Practices: The towing company's practices appear excessive. There have been instances where they break into cars to tow them, and they often disregard community traffic rules, such as speeding and improper vehicle handling. Security Services: The security services are below standard. For example, there is a lack of enforcement regarding pool wristbands, and responses to security calls are often inadequate. This raises concerns about the overall safety of the community. Internet Service: The internet service provider has not been responsive despite multiple tickets submitted for assistance. This lack of support is frustrating and impacts residents' connectivity.

It's been mostly positive but the total rent payment always fluctuating makes it difficult to budget and is an annoyance. Also the lights at the tennis court are a mystery to me. It would be helpful to have some signage to show how to operate the lights. Additionally the Fetch service is a complete rip off as almost nobody uses it. The fetch service should be discontinued as it is clearly a money grab. Additionally the smartaira internet is marketed as 1 gig speed but falls extremely short of that and doesn't even come with supported Ethernet access. The Smartaira customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They've admitted over the phone that their first level service is outsourced and getting second level support is nearly impossible. The most useful perk of living here is the amazing and speedy maintenance request service. They are routinely quick and efficient in fixing any issue

Please replace the fake grass in the dog park with a real grass as it gets way too hot during the day. Also, please enforce stricter practices for people to clean after their dogs in the dog park as it's impossible to enjoy it with all the poops there.

Living at DoralView has been an exceptional experience from day one. From the moment we drove through the entrance, we knew we were entering a such a beautiful and nice place unlike any other. The attention to detail in every aspect of the place, from the meticulously landscaped grounds to the stylishly appointed interiors, is truly remarkable. One of the standout features of living here is the amenities. Whether we are unwinding by the resort-style pool, staying active in the fitness center, visiting the club house, there's always something to suit our lifestyle. The level of convenience offered, with services like package delivery and trash valet, ensures that every need is met promptly and efficiently. The apartments themselves are nothing short of breathtaking. Spacious layouts, high-end finishes, combine to create an oasis of tranquility in the heart of the city. We particularly appreciate the thoughtful design elements and modern conveniences, such as gourmet kitchens and stylish bathrooms, which elevate the living experience to new heights. Moreover, the sense of community fostered here is truly special. From resident events to social gatherings, there are plenty of opportunities to connect with neighbors. The attentive staff goes above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it feel like more than just a place to live?it's a place to call home. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to make DoralView my home. It's a haven of luxury, comfort, and sophistication, where every detail is meticulously crafted to exceed expectations. If you're seeking the pinnacle of upscale living, look no further than this place.

I hate it I can't wait to move! This place a is too expensive for what it is. You guys make us pay for absurd things and half it is dirty. This place is a crime. There is no security. The gate doesn't work all the time. The rent is stupid expensive for small rooms. The bathroom things came broken when moved in. Yall love to barge in unnoticed to do construction and leave my room discusting. There's rats for god sakes.

Large community with nice amenities, well maintained, clean, visually appealing and calm environment. Security. Gated community. So far overall good experience. The only complaint I have are the extra fees charged with the rent every month, how the water fees are separated, utility fees, required to pay for a fetch packaging service even if I don't even use it and have to pay two different garbage fees, one valet and one regular. It can become expensive.

Love the community but the garbage system is horrible. The hallways are dirty with liquid coming out of the bags and the floors are stained. It's embarrasing to have my friends and family see this??..

In general one of the biggest problems with this complex is that neither gates actually work. Anyone can have access to this property. We have had many knocks on the door of people selling things, talking about religion and etc. I am really worried that after 2 years of living here, the gates are always broken and the top management doesn't add an extra level of security. Por example: security gate arm, or a lift master barrier.

The experience isn't pleasant due to numerous hidden fees, consistently paying an extra $200 to $250 beyond what's expected. You could find a similar cost elsewhere with genuine luxury amenities, unlike here. Some leasing offices are terrible, leading to regrets about staying. It's falsely advertised as a smoke-free community; public smoking, including marijuana, is prevalent, permeating the area with its scent. They frequently enter apartments for various reasons, and the community receives threatening letters, warning of a $250 fee for missed appointments if the door is closed. The only good thing about here is that is so close to my job.

This place is nice but the management here is terrible. I don't mean the company, I mean the staff on site. They treat people with favoritism and because I'm an English speaker, I'm treated poorly. The gates are literally ALWAYS broken, and instead of making a slight change to the gates, they waist money time and time again to fix it and it's only working correctly for 2 days then broken for months. The parking is not busy at night, yet they use predatory tactics to tow residents, also with favoritism. There's tons of cars in the pool areas all day and other places parked illegally, but the tow company comes every night and literally hunts my wife's new car down. I've been towed 3 times in a months just because I can't afford a new sticker for me car. Also, I keep getting harassed to change things in my balcony that everyone else in the community has. Another thing is just the pool area, when people are friends with the staff, they let them stay there all night. I live right next to the pool and sometimes the music IS SO loud my son can't sleep. The staff here always acts like they never want to deal with people in English, and when you speak Spanish well, they're suddenly your best friend. I love living here, the staff makes it so terrible. I just wish they would add a couple traffic gates to the entrance and exit. I also just want them to treat all the tenants the same and stop being rude for no reason. This is not the first time I've expressed these concerns and they are honestly many many more. Please feel free to call me. My wife and I have been here 4 years and have soooo many things to share.
