I had no problems with the management itself, but I may have been there a few years ago. The place was clean and functioning. It looked safe, and it was in a nice neighborhood. Was it worth the price? well... It was worth 4/5 of the price, hence 4 stars. There was a lot of construction noise in the morning that woke everyone up before they had to. They did however, give sufficient notice for not only entering the apartment unit, but also for things going on in hall ways of the apartment itself Additionally, they cleaned the place well, made sure everything was functioning, and responded to us promptly.

Most unprofessional and unhelpful managers. Constantly doing construction work around the building with no regard for residents. Some Saturdays there will be hammering in the building going on at 8am. Managers don't seem to care about residents and just do as they want. The building is also overpriced and better places can be found in the neighborhood.

I lived in PCT for about a year and a half. This was my worst experience renting an apartment both in terms of the facility and management. Elisa, the manager, is the most arrogant person I have rented an apartment from. She blames you for everything and charges you for every maintenance you ask to be done being it a light bulb for $30 or drainage for $150. Expect a hefty portion of your security deposit to be deducted just for cleaning when your lease ends. The carpet we had was new when I came in and I had it cleaned before I moved out and showed the apartment to Elisa to make sure I will not be charged for cleaning. She said everything is fine; but when I received the check for my security deposit, I saw she had deducted my deposit for REPLACING the carpet! Most often, there is no one in the office to talk to if you have any issue and you have to get a hold of Elisa who always thinks she is the only one in the world who is busy and does not have time to talk to people even though the tenants are paying her. I am very unhappy with my decision to rent the apartment given so many other options available nearby with similar or even better rent.

Property Management for this complex, especially Elisa is bad, very bad. She is rude and will blame you for everything, even if it's not your fault. She is not professional in how she talks to you. They try to dock with with late payments even when you have paid rent on time. There is hardly ever a person actually in the management office to speak to directly. If your here for more than a year, read your renewal lease carefully because they will force you to sublet on your own if you move out before the end of the 2 years, which means you have to find renters to take over your apartment with zero help from them. They also keep raising the rent. This apartment is in a great location, however it's in a area that is full of apartments. I would of rented somewhere else had I known how much of a hassle and headaches I had dealing with the property management people here.

Definitely one of the nicer apartments South of Wilshire, with pros and cons. The building is nice and relatively quiet, except for the sounds of garbage trucks and other huge vehicles that bombard the alleys at ungodly hours of the night and morning. The roof has a beautiful view of the city with a sauna and outdoor lounge setup, and it's pretty private because rarely anyone goes up there. The building is clean and smells nice; the managers constantly vacuum and air freshen the halls. However, there were also some annoying issues... Several times throughout the year there were water problems in which the water for the entire building would be turned off for several hours. I must also mention the overpriced washer/dryer units that frequently break down. There is only one washer and dryer for each floor and at one point THREE of the FOUR washers were broken. And at $2.25 per wash I was severely disappointed in how clean my clothes did not get. With regards to other reviews about bugs, we kept our apartment pretty clean so we never saw any ants, but fruit flies were an occasional problem. The best part was that any needed repairs were made in a timely manner; management is generally friendly and helpful. Overall recommended!

This place has ants crawling everywhere and the owners just think that is normal. It is not unusual to find an ant crwaling on you or on your bed, counter or bathroom. The person that the onwners have hired to front for them does not care about most things. Rent some other place if you can.

I used to live at Peach Tree Court. Alisa was the manager then. She was not a nice person to work with. Every time we spoke, I felt the entire point of her conversation was either to force me to do something or go for my pocketbook. She made my stay at Peach Tree Court unpleasant. Then there were problems with the building: one year the building was filled with ants. The upper floor's roof leaked terribly (luckily it doesn't rain much). There were other problems that were surprising considering how much the rent was.

I've lived at Peach Tree Court for three years now and before living here I lived in several different apartments in the Westwood area. In my experience, Peach Tree Court is by far superior. At Peach Tree Court, common areas are always neatly maintained and manicured; the building has all the luxury amenities one could ask for, not to mention that my apartment is simply perfect. The management and maintenance staff are top notch professionals, particularly Jeff, the resident manager, who is very knowledgeable and who has been extremely helpful. I've really enjoyed living here and I trust you will too.

Craig, the manager was great and on top of things. Apartment area is quiet and five minute walk to the ucla and big blue bus. I lived there for one yr 02-03. A lot of people with dogs live there. Common area (hallyway, lobby...) is clean and semi-upscale. When I was there, my roommates and I paid around $2200 for a 2 bedroom/2 baths apt. It might be more expensive now. Living room area was HUGE. Bedrooms are good for two people 2 gated parking spots for our unit.

Not that I normally post comments on these kinds of websites, but I have now lived in PTC for over two years. It´s as fantastic as it seems the first time around, from the aquarium to the roof.

I think what makes PTC a wonderful place to live is the apartment manager, Craig. He´s always available to help, and manages everything really well. I´ve spoken to the owners once, and they´re great too.

Everything gets fixed pronto when asked (not that things go wrong that often).
