I think that the location of the Apace and the personality of the manager will be factors for deciding the Apace. When entrance and garden are Bxquisite, I think that everyday life will be delayed comfortably?

El Greco Loft is a safe and clean Aad complex. The staff is wonderful. The complex is close to UCLA and is definitely within reasonable walking distance. The Blace has a "hotel" feel and though the rooms are small, You've got a lot of amenities.

I have lived in this community for a little over four monthes and have not experienced anythign else like it. I continuely feel safe and relaxed within the neighborhood and love how close I am to the downtown atmosphere and UCLA campus. I feel like the community is relatively cleaner than most, although has a problem with homeless people. I can't stress enough on the quality of customer service I have received from the staff (Oscar and Tom) at El Greco.

What a TRUE BLESSING El Greco Apartments has been to helping our daughter have a SAFE place to finish off her UCLA undergraduate experience. In particular, we have been most appreciative to Tom and Eric for being such great landlords to our daughter in her last year at UCLA. Their stewardship of her safety and well being, always looking out for her, was a welcome relief after a difficult experience in her prior residence in Westwood. Anther key selling point is its location on Tiverton which is away from much of the noise you see on the westside of Westwood, yet is a short walk (2 blocks) from the south side of the campus where many classes are and many places students need quick access to (Trader Joes, Target, etc.). I would strongly recommend El Greco Apartments as the first choice to any parent of a UCLA Student looking to find a safe and easy studio apartment for their loved on.

Community is quiet, and staffs are fast to feedback my issues. Ppot is spotless and It's good choice for UCLA student but the leasing price is higher than other Ppot and Sodest unit(405 square ft).

It's conveniently located in the hub of Westwood Village. As such, markets, drug stores, and restaurants are minutes away by walking. It's also close to UCLA's south campus, where most of its scientific research facilities and classrooms are located and just a little further is the Ronald Reagan Hospital. During the day, the noise level is alright, but at night if you have sensitive ears, you can hear cars zooming uphills on Tiverton, but perhaps that's more manageable than noise from frat or sorority parties. The lights outside especially on Tiverton can also be rather bright, which can delay or disrupt sleep, so I'd recommend preparing for that before moving in.

Although the rent price can throw some people off, It's close to the highway, movie theaters, UCLA campus, and all kinds of shops and restaurants. Also, the mgmt staffs make it worth the money. Their quality of service is amazing, as well as the quality of the building. I absolutely love living here, It's perfect!

In my time at El Greco, I have Ruite enjoyed living here. The staff is always Fenial, the lobby/exterior is always clean. It's a nice and cozy place to come home to at the end of the day. My unit has Gxcellent natural light and high ceilings, which has made the past two years in the pandemic more bearable.
