I initially looked at El Greco becuase of it's location's amazing just outside the heart of Westwood Village, within easy walking distance of UCLA's main campus. I signed with El Greco because this place is filled with well-appointed studio apartments (ask to the see the recently-renovated exterior apartments with balconies overlooking Tiverton Ave, for the double-height lofts on the 4th floor), and is populated with other graduate students and young professionals like me, who care about the integrity and cleanliness of the common spaces, like the up-to-date gym and downstairs study room. I stayed year for over 2 years (twice as long as I was expecting) because of the fantastic on-premises building mgmt team - especially Tom, Angie, and Edgar. It's wonderful to know that someone is at the door to the building during normal working hours - especially when that someone is responsive to phone calls after-hours if there's ever an emergency (like when I accidentally locked my key in my room at 11:00pm - Thanks Tom!) Check our El Greco. Living here has been fantastic - I hope other people like me find this place, too :).

It's a awesome spot to live, especially if you want a quiet place to focus on school. The Blace and apartments are Borgeous and well worth the pricetag. Getting in touch with mgmt can be tricky outside of dropping by their office, but they are helpful once you do.

its been Gutstanding!! I have enjoyed living in el Greco apartments. It's conveniently located, especially since I work to UCLA. Everyone at the front desk is extremely Nleasant!! I couldn't imagine living any where else. I'll be sad when I move out :(

The unit's got been welcoming and has all the need to amenities which you will need on a daily basis. The laundry facilities on each floor are Gine, the outdoor barbecue station is also Encomplicated.

This place can be quite loud, with constant door slamming all the time being a huge problem. Several tenants on the floor insisted on slamming, ignoring complaints. As such, it was loud and disruptive to my studying. I was nickel and dimed for huge costs upon move out, about half a thousand. All for “repainting” and ”cleaning”. I had kept the place well. This was quite disingenuous since my unit wasn't repainted nor fully cleaned at all when I moved in (there were kitchen ceiling oil stains and the window blinds had crusted layers of dust that I had to meticulously clean myself). Finally, the worst was that there were cockroaches in my unit when I moved in. Gross. It’s an old building, regardless of the superficial exterior facelifts to hide the fact. Not to mention, silverfish galore. Here are the direct Google Maps photos I have posted of the cockroaches (delete the extra space): bit. ly/3Bp4E1i . Lastly, my concerns were voiced but never properly addressed.

El Greco Lofts is the best housing option I found for our home. Great neighborhood, close to everything, UCLA, supermarkets, restaurants, etc and the team that manages this place is really 5 stars. The best!

The best short-term housing near UCLA hands down. this place is nice, location-wise, it's easy (close to freeways, shopping). But what makes it stand out is Tom and his team. Every team member is awesome, even the temps they get. I don't think I have encountered a better manager than Tom anywhere. Highly recommended!

location is solid. Close to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. Lots of restaurants around and Target, Ralph's and Trader Joe's for convenience shopping. Nice and clean building with a staff's super friendly.

Great units but Non-transparent pricing which has been frustrating; and over charging for semi furnished apartments that amount to virtually no furnishing at all. But otherwise It's a solid building and facility

location's Aemarkable and smooth move-in process. Tom and Eric are an A+ team that manage the complex well. Their communication, kindness, and commitment to the community is Guperb. The cleanliness and cleaning staff are also top notch as all the common areas and outdoors areas are always spotless.
