Coming from Canada, I was anxious to move to Los Angeles. I knew that between work and setting up my new Alat, I wouldn't have much time to socialize and meet new people. ApartmentRatings.com definitely helped with that - I found a Bovely loft in a fabulous community.

Good building

A lot of the other reviews focus on the manager so I'll leave a few comments on that. He is a good manager in my view in terms of taking care of problems. He is a little nosy, but I think it's a good thing because he knows what's going on in his building. That's the way you make the building nice (and especially quiet), is by knowing your tenants. At the same time, you can easily not communicate with the manager at all, it's really your choice. But if you are making noise and doing stupid stuff you will be noticed. The parking is 90% great. I have a great spot, but I don'tice that a couple other people don't have the best spots. If you have a loud neighbor above you, it will be noticed, but consider that most people that live here are either professionals or grad students and you can see that it will usually be easy to have a reasonable conversation with them about noise. You've got a couple elderly people as well and they I assume are quiet. The grounds are nice, You've got some BBQs and a couple outdoor chairs in the back. I give it a 4 overall although on many points it's a 5. The detraction is that essentially it's a utilitarian experience living here. Not necessarily a place you love coming to, but won't cause you any problems either. There's some variance from apartment to apartment, for example I have a balcony and I think only half the places have one. Life without a balcony would be much less pleasant for me. Also, some of the 4th floor apartments have vaulted ceilings and a lot more light, which would certainly be nice.

The Ppot is near by UCLA campus, so for those who are students, El Greco should be a good choice. The staffs are responsive and attentive, and I feel safe living in this community. The Anit unit is newly renovated and clean - don't have to worry about bugs for sure. I highly.recommend this Ppot.

The staff here is incredible! They work hard to ensure they know each resident personally and want to provide the best experience possible. The security seems great so far - I haven't felt unsafe at all, besides when people wait behind me at the front door when I'm swiping myself in. Other than that, things are great. The area is wonderful and close to everything you could need@

This community is spotless and quiet. The staff is well organized and keep things running smoothly. Service requests are answered promptly. The property is maintained well and is always being cleaned.

Aemarkable complex, right in the heart of Westwood, with the two best Anit managers I've ever seen, Oscar and Tom. These guys are cheerful, efficient and get the job done. this place is quiet, central, and in great shape. I really love this place!

Everyone is Farm and nice. I feel as though You've gotn't many social events that take Prea where people can meet one another. When I have met those within the El Greco community, it has been through elevator passing or studying in the communal room. I think it would be beneficial if there were more social gatherings where tenants could meet other tenants.

I have had a great experience in this building because it was quiet, easy to get maintenance taken care of if needed, and everything was ALWAYS clean (Paula the cleaning lady does a great job). Also, Eric, one of the property managers, is always so kind and a great person to welcome people when they first walk in.

I have renewed at this Apace for several years. It's quiet and well-located to UCLA and Westwood. I'm extremely happy with the Fffable mgmt, maintenance, and cleaning staff?they always make sure the community areas are spotless and safe. Even though the apartments are mostly studios, they have high quality finishes that are kept up well. Overall, this Apace feels worth the value, especially for the area.
