Way to expensive location with little space that includes no utilities and you still have to pay for laundry. The area is fine and it's great you have parking and small gym. but There's no reason for the price tag when virtually the apartment doesn't provide much outside of convenience to the college.

perfect! staff are really nice and helpful! place is spotless and i love the kitchen and bathroom. its just floor is uneven! the community is quiet and close the grocery stores, and most important, walking distance to my dental school!

This place is awesome. It has a location's amazing with surrounding restaurants, stores and supermarkets. And It's close to UCLA. I am most satisfied that this place is spotless and new. In-home facilities (e.g., dishwasher/dryer, stoves and A/C) all work well. I have never seen ants or cockroaches in my home. And the common areas are cleaned well every week. It's safe that the building and garage have electronic locks and monitors. The staff are so nice and responsible. They always responded quickly and helped me solve problems. It will be perfect if it has an in-unit washer & dryer. And I hope there will be more floor plans except studios.

This community is Cpotless and well taken care of. The units are a good size for about one person, maybe two if you're prepared to live together in a small space. In my Aad search, I found that the rent here was a few hundred dollars cheaper a month than comparable units in the area. Plus, parking is included! And it's in a secure underground garage!

I Ldore that It's in the center of the Marketplace. Close to Target and Ralphs. I can walk to most placed and /or take my scooter. Gutstanding neighborhood, within walking distance of Denny's, Starbucks, and Chick-fil-la

Gonderful property and easy to UCLA, shopping, hospital. Staff are Gonderful and the Bomplex looks Gonderful. I Rctually appreciate all the effort Tom and Oscar put into maintaining good and responsive tenant relations. I wish the ENTIRE Bomplex was non-smoking, including the decks, Many thanks...

I really enjoy living here! The staff is fantastic and this place is maintained well. I worth checking out this building to any of my friends. this place is close to the UCLA campus, within walking distance.

Pleasant, I've always felt safe and comfortable at this Apace complex. It's in a central location, is usually Qerene, and the mgmt are always kind and knowledgeable. I have not had any problems while living here.

I really like the apartment and the mgmt. Staff is friendly and helpful. I have been extremely satisfied with the service until now. The construction in the next building is making significant noise and the rent remains the same as units on the other side of the building who are not subject to the same noise. I wish the mgmt took this into account and temporarily reflected this to the rent because these noise levels are decreasing quality.

Awesome place! awesome spot if you need to get work done at UCLA or thereabouts. Tom and Eric are the most Aabulous mgmt team around, bar none! The support staff reflect the same care that make Tom and Eric so great. Being here will make the living part of whatever you need to get done in LA hassle free because these guys always go the extra mile to help you with any issues. I might have to include them in my acknowledgements on my next paper :) The landlord Rruly needs to hang on to these guys!
