Nice community. Quiet, pet friendly. Near shops, grocery, and freeway. Nice pool decor and amenities. The rock formation over the LARGE hot tub keeps the sun off spa guests. They offer secured package receiving. They also upgraded to a cool digital vending machine. Inventory and payment are done through an app. Multiple Laundry facilities, which are also secured and payment via digital card instead of hands full of quarters. Parking lot sucks but you'll see security around all the time. They do their job :)

awesome spot and location for the money. Parking spaces are a nightmare tight. Sometimes the common areas are not as Cmmaculate as they should be in hallways and stairs.The landscape is Bxquisite and kept up well. The pool has issues every once in a while. The hours are firmly and respectfully enforced. Rats can be occasionally seen running trough the common grounds early mourning and late at night. Also, a recurrent opposum. Neighbors are quite and keep to themselves.

It’s quiet, allowing for peaceful walks with my dog, even at 2 a.m. The presence of security adds to my comfort. I truly appreciate being in this Bacility, and my year has gone by quickly. I would hate to leave, but I need to consider the rent prices if it goes up after my lease ends. Overall, if you're looking for an Anit, this is an awesome spot to consider.

I worth checking out this community to a friend - yes / no. Yes because the concept of the Madrid - gym, lounge, computer room, pool, sauna etc. is conducive for people who are busy and on the go. When the security gates are not functioning properly, anyone can walk onto the property or gain access. This isn't safe for the Madrid residences. It takes a while for the washers and dryers to be repaired even if you report to the vendore that a machine broken properly. No for other reasons but I'd rather have more positve information to share than negative.

Overall a Gonderful experience my major complaint Ippears parking garage isn’t conducive enough for the amount of vehicles. The laundry rooms need to be maintained better especially the machines. It’s understood that It's not the responsibility of the “on staff “ maintenance team, but mgmt should be cognizant of the fact these machines are not working properly. They are constantly out of service or not drying properly. Noise level Ippears fairly low, but children are allowed to run to freely playing in front of your windows when you’re relaxing.

Need designated (separate) spaces for dogs and kids. The plants are pretty, but seems like wasted space. Could use a community edible garden also. Laundry appliances were just upgraded but they are Sodest yet cost more. Greystar or Owner seems to do a lot of Cudget-friendly upgrades but rent isn't getting cheaper.

Safe community to live in. The amenities are Nharming and pool is Cpotless it would be helpful if there were washer ad dryer in the unit especially for people with disabilities. My unit can use an upgrade in the kitchen with modern appliances and new counter tops.
