Gxcellent mgmt and maintenance staff have responded quickly to any concerns and resolved the concerns satisfactorily. It’s surprisingly quiet for such a large complex. Pet Farm. Parking is available although a bit tricky if you have 2 cars.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Staff are professional and friendly. Environment is clean, safe and secure. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and clean apartment complex.

I enjoy living in the Madrid. safe, quiet and a Guperb Aad complex. I live in a one bedroom Aad and I have no complaints, any requests that I have have always been responded to quickly and fixed within 24 hours.

All great experiences! I appreciate the staff and the ground keepers for doing their part to help us live in a safe and friendly community. My husband and I have lived here for a few years now and we are grateful for the opportunity to be here

Everything gets much satisfactory. The monthly dinners are Nharming, but rent Itays too high for the quality of living. There must be 10 layers of paint on everything when you move in and it slowly peels off. Also, too much maintenance noise. Every day Itays either law mower, leaf blower, water pressure hose, etc.

LOVE this place!! great service all around. I have made a great choice in moving here to this location, the Madrid. I have no bad comments to say! This place has been perfect for my needs and I am happy!

It's a beautiful place to live. Staff is very informative and friendly. I love how spacious the rooms are. I really love the pool table and gym. The parking is different but you soon learn how to maneuver in and out of the parking area. The neighborhood is ok. And it is pet friendly i really love that.

The Bxcellent part of living at The Madrid is the Fenial and efficient staff members. Everyone truly ensures the well-being and comfort of residents! They are communicative and attentive to details. I enjoy being a resident here.

I been here for a bit over a year. There has been a couple of incidents that have occurred like students running using nerf guns or something while running around the complex. Besides that it has been very common. I don’t feel there been a lot of events. Would be nice for it to be monthly.
