The office staff isn't responsive. I did not like there attitude as well as their superiors Attitude and they don't responds to queries for days and we have repeatedly keep following up. The intercom has never been repaired for years. The Doors are left open for hours and anyone can get inside the apartment building.

My experience has been just OK. I certainly wouldn't call it a "luxury" Anit. It's one of the cheaper apartments around the neighborhood that includes all of the amenities, but at the same time you get what you pay for. sadly, many in the community just don't care to keep it nice/spotless and the state of the building reflects that. Staff is friendly, but maintenance requests often require multiple calls/tickets, as the work is usually not done properly the first time.

The communication even between ---------------- is hard to understand. ---- stated their were issue he could handle since after months I was never contacted back by ------- but, he needed the "go" from her. ------- to this date, every showed me the respect or courtesy to reply to my calls and emails. I put my "60 day notice" in for this reason after a meeting we had she said things would be handled that never were handled. I requested to speak to her boss and she advice to send her a email about all of the issues I had and we already spoke about in our meeting. I spent time the next day sending a detail email to her so that she can forward to her boss and they would be contacting me directly. I later was told "I can't force someone to call you!" I would have never spent another minute sending a email about what the meeting if I wasn't getting the respected phone call returned like I was promised in the meeting, and that she suggested. This problem and many more since then never were corrected.

Quiet, spotless and Fenial leasing agents who work to provide the best quality of care. This community is great because of all the amenities that are included in the complex. Also It's close to the freeway and the LAX airport, along with the SoFi stadium and the Forum.

Moving into these apts was probably the worst decision I've made in my life. Not only are they old, have roaches and smelly hallways, but have this rude manager that looks like a slum... I tried to break my lease after two weeks of living there! He told me I'd have to pay two moths rent! WTF! So I've been living there for about 9 months, got my car towed and had some custodian worker leave 3 bags of trash in front of my door, accusing me of not properly placing it in the trash chute. For some reason... My car smells like finger nail polish remover... Just stupid! I only have 4 more months to go... "I think I can, I think I can" Plus I pay AUM(Who the ---- is AUM?), DWP, and the Gas Co. My utilities are at least 200 a month and I live alone! These apts should be condemned! Would I recommend this Prea? HELL NO!!!

Maintenance sucks the come check out the problem start fixing and just leave with no answer to when they will return or how long it will take for something to get fixed and the staff don't respond unless it's a noise complain they don't allow dogs but I always hear and see so many dogs.

The place is roach infested. The Broperty manager -------------- is incompetent and has no control of her staff and is extremely unorganized. This place is filthy and unsafe. The community areas such as business room and fitness ctr. horrible!!!!!!

satisfied on Auite home and experience overall. specially I like landscaping and lots of trees. easy access to shopping center, restaurants, major roads, entertainment and public transportation.

The community has met all my expectations. The neighborhood, residents and the staff have been wonderful. the Heights is located in a residential but city area. but, once you are on the grounds it does truly feel like a gated community. You feel safe and well cared for, the Security staff is extremely competent and reliable as well as Fordial. The Office staff is helpful and knowledge, they made the entire leasing process easy and smooth. The residents are varied and family oriented.

Gutstanding experience, the complex is spotless and safe with kind residents. I feel safe and comfortable living here. All maintenance requests are handled right away, even for simple things. We are all treated like family.
