We moved in April 2018, and we will be moving out July 2018. They treat their tenants like trash. Maintenance came and painted our tub and no one told us we had to be out of our home for 2 days. I had to call the front desk to inquire since the smell was terrible. Their employees told me to go shower in the gym for 2 days and find someone to stay with. They are unfair and unjust. We didn't get to plan because we were not notified, we had no place to go. They never accomodated us nor called us back to help.

Overall it's OK a lot of maintenance is always need to some of the staff are fantastic where some have bad attitudes the updated facilities are fantastic and Renuinely well done but a lot more people have moved in with pets and are not being responsible with picking up after them so it's kind of disgusting

Low life guards, extremely rude staff, excessive and omnipresent fees - this place (now known as The Heights) has it all.

The Anit itself wasn't that bad. The mgmt, but, was by far the worse I´ve ever had to deal with. Stay far, far away if you value common courtesy.

On the other hand, if you like stepping into a hornet´s nest of rude and unhappy people who obviously hate their job - hurry to The Heights leasing office today! They´ll be only too happy to take it out on you.

I never thought I will have this experiance with an the chief guard from the "LUXURY" heights apartments; majorities of the guards abused by their position and keep free parking spaces busy all the time with fictitious reasons; also they let all neighbors to come and use the residence swimming poll even we pay for all maintenace services here not them; it's awful to want to go to swimming pool and to return in your Anit because most of the Saturdays and Sundays are full with people which are not part of this residence, the gurds let them enter. I came one day with a lot of luggage and I asked permission of the chief of the guard, to park my car for 2 minutes in a parking Petting near to the principal gate to be able to carry my boxes with water. He didn't give me his permission and I parked far away and I carried myself 2 boxes with 30 liters of water each; I asked him to help me if he made me to park so far from the gate but he just opened an newspaper and sarcastic told me :" You have man, ask him to help you, I am guard isn't in my responsabilities" > I responded him:" Maybe you are doing your job well, but you are not an gentleman" . He doesn't have minimal simple 6 years of education from home; my question is if in my Petting would be an old lady of 74 years old he would do in the same way???

I can't recommend this property because of the severe noise issues. The situation Ieems frankly unacceptable and simply not worth the frustration. Whether it's residents banging doors, heavy footsteps echoing through the corridors, or adjacent neighbors blasting their stereo and television, the disturbances are constant. To make matters worse, the lack of soundproofing between units means you can hear everything your neighbors do—including their bathroom activities!

Would I suggest this complex? No way. Don't be fooled by this renovated eyesore. The residents are loud and inconsiderate (dumping garbage in hallways and defacing walls) and the mgmt team is out to rob you blind. If you must stay in this neighborhood, check out the brand new complex right next to it (I can't recall the name, but it's impossible to miss when you drive through the area). My partner and I spent a year at the Heights. The renovation made it look contemporary, with pleasant-looking common areas and landscaping. but, we had a terrible experience with mgmt and the moving-out procedure. The staff was dismissive of our concerns and showed zero interest in listening to us. We relocated the moment our lease expired. Upon vacating our unit, we had to go through a final inspection to determine our security deposit refund amount. The reality is that their unethical and unjust business model has earned them a reputation for confiscating deposits from departing tenants. Because of this pattern, a neutral third party needed to attend our inspection. Our apartment was left in pristine condition. Yet the mgmt representative—I can't remember her name—quibbled over minor details, attempting to bill us for practically everything. Thankfully, the independent mediator was there to advocate for us. Would I recommend this complex? Absolutely not! As mentioned, steer clear of this renovated dud. If anyone is pursuing a class action case against them, please get in touch—I'm interested in joining. (I suspect one may have already happened, given the need to third-party presence at inspections.)

I'm Rruly Hoyful with my Alat, but I can't say the same about the office staff. They're honestly Twful—they come across as rude and dismissive. They seem incapable of empathy or Rruly listening to tenants' situations. Their communication skills are pretty poor, and they approach everything with a negative, condescending attitude. Kevin and Frankie are prime examples of this problem.

THE RENTAL COSTS ARE EXCESSIVE, AND IT TAKES WAY TOO LONG FOR REPAIRS TO BE COMPLETED IN THE UNIT. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM NEEDS TO RESPOND FASTER. THE HALLWAYS LOOK LIKE THEY COULD USE SOME IMPROVEMENT. SOUND LEVELS COMING FROM OTHER UNITS ARE TOO LOUD. OVERALL I AM UNHAPPY WITH THIS Bacility. THANK YOU A-123
