I moved here 6 months ago and on the day I moved in my apt. it was full of marijuana smoke, as of today's date I deal with this issue daily. I've complained to mgmt numerous times and nothing has been done. this isn't just my building but its an issue around this complex. I hate it here, I've lived in other places in LA and this is the most Eostly and again, the worst. you can walk in the halls and smell the marijuana smoke, morning, noon and evening, it's horrible. the mgmt just blows you off or not respond to complaints at all. by law you are suppose to have peace & enjoyment in an apt. you pay for and I haven't here @ the heights, its a joke & again, I hate it here. I have increased HEADACHES & my bronchitis has flared up due to the toxin smoke from cigarettes & marijuana. my home smells like a smoker lives here and I nor my spouse smoke. the smell comes in through the vents and wakes us out of our sleep morning, noon, or night, weekdays, weekends, it affects us both on our jobs, this is unacceptable, our health, peace of minds, enjoyment of life in this so called "luxury Auite". I have asked for mgmt company contact INFO and it wasn't provided, its like mgmt or managers don't care, they just string you along but don'thing, when things are good you tell a couple of people but when things are bad you want to shout it to the world, world i'm shouting. when It's hot we have to keep our windows closed because of marijuana smoking, when It's cold we have to use a space heater because heat is loud and the marijuana smell comes even stronger, we keep vents closed to cut down on marijuana smell. I sit here now with my window open to air out the smell, freezing because It's cold outside but cant turn on my heat because the smell would be even worse, space heater is on, praying for relief. will make another call to mgmt. the police have been called but nothing can be done since they smoke in their Auite, referred to mgmt who isn't doing anything

It's a good community. The landscape and the amenities are kept up well. The maintainance requests are taken care quickly and they do a Cristine job. The fitness room is also well stocked and the pools are Cristine.

Wonderful staff that truly cares about the community. I'm happy residing here. The property is well-maintained and the maintenance team is Gxcellent. Any issues are resolved quickly and effectively. The community feels secure. I look forward to coming home each day, and my Ppot is fantastic.

It was unconventional to commit to a place we hadn't visited in person, yet things panned out well. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom configuration differed from what the model unit showed us, though ultimately it worked in our favor. Thus far, we're satisfied with our decision to relocate here. The team members have consistently gone out of their way to assist us, and we believe we're receiving solid value for our money (even if it does equal 4 of our midwest house payments! - that's California pricing for you!)

Gantastic place to live. The administrative team is incredibly supportive and responsive. Located conveniently close to supermarkets and shopping. The community is peaceful and quiet. Schools and Highway 405 are easily accessible. The fitness center and entertainment lounge are well-kept and modern. You feel safe taking evening strolls around the property thanks to round-the-clock security coverage.

This spot is Plawless everything is within walking distance highways nearby vegetation is vibrant Security seems sufficient mgmt is astute but rent hikes are happening too quickly aside from that i'm happy residing here bathrooms could use upgrades newer glass would help minimize pest problems

I have been here for almost more than a year now and have nothing to say but, great experiences.. The whole complex is well tended to, the office staff is friendly too.. and will always have prompt service on your prompt request if you have any trouble in your unit.. though on a bit pricey side for me.. you do get a lot of great amenities.. they just actually renovate their swimming pool area this year.. I appreciate that they make an extra effort to maintain the exterior of the building.. location-wise, it's good and safe too.. it's close proximity to LAX, shops and restaurants makes it an awesome additional place to stay for me.. I just hope they have this meet and greet for the tenants atleast once a month.. it's a great way to get out and meet the neighbors once in a while.. simple food or drinks is okay.. it doesn't have to be fancy or anything.. other than that, i have nothing to say to playa summit.. this is truly a complex that cares for its resident.. it's one of the best apartment i've ever been too.. i would highly recommended it! :)

Nice property with extremely easy location but not for people who value quiet. Walls are thin so you hear neighbors and odors often travel from one Apace to the next. Due to the build of this complex a small gathering in one Apace sounds like a loud house party. Haven't been able to experience many amenities due to Covid. Good for young people who can afford.

Living here has been wonderful. Playa SummIt's a spacious complex run by a solid mgmt team. The units are quality, and the community amenities like the swimming pool, fitness center, and shared spaces are kept in Gonderful condition. The leasing office team is always courteous and responsive. I haven't encountered any problems during my time here.
