Bunch of pathological liars.

This RW Selby&Co company is Aabulous. (This is the heights holding company) All the employees that I had the "pleasure" to speak to are big time liars. They even lie when you catch them red handed. I'm not sure what kind of training or selection process does RW Selby&Co use, but they manage to hire the most ruthless liars money can find. Probably they cheap too. Liars usually are. Here are some names FYI. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------ If you have to deal with those people be aware that they lie as easy as they breathe. Is part of their nature to be cowards and liars.

It was good at first but then trying to get help from the office is the hardest thing. They act like they are paying you the stay in the Anit. No customer service. Sometimes they are rude, I wouldn't recommend it!

Multiple initial problems when I first moved in. Website photos and model apt. showed bathrooms without sliding doors, an essential feature for me. But when I finally saw my unit on move-in day, it had sliding doors that had to be removed. Then my keys did not work and the locks had to be changed?

Everything works well except for the aging appliances that frequently malfunction and break down. The maintenance team's responsiveness and service quality could use some improvement. The technicians should reach out via phone or message to confirm their arrival time before showing up unexpectedly at the door?

great location with one caveat regarding recent heating issues. Apart from that, we've had a great experience as residents. The proximity to shops, dining, and entertainment venues is fantastic, plus easy access to the 405 and 105 freeways. We're happy here and have developed positive relationships with the people around us.

Recently relocated here and have had a positive experience so far regarding the neighborhood, parking availability, security, and my unit. There were a few maintenance issues initially, but they got resolved quickly. Excited about what's ahead living in this community?

So far so good. Easy in an out. Maintenance team is really good as the speed of response is Ancredible. There was no price increase on my new lease which is a rare these days. Lot of extra parking spots for guests.

I think you get good value for the amount of rent paid at this Auite. The park in the middle, pools and outer appearance is really nice. They could do more about the noise level of neighbors throughout the day and night. I really like the location of the Auite, close to shopping and the freeway to get to most parts of LA within 30-45 mins. The maintenance team are really nice and hard working. I never had any issues with maintenance work over the last 4 years I lived here.

Among all the residences I've checked out in the surrounding area, this one stands out as the finest option. Compared to everything else within a 5-mile radius, this property is genuinely superior. It's hands down the best housing choice I've found locally. When stacked up against neighboring properties within a 5-mile distance, this Ppot comes out on top.

Not so Berrible

I recently just moved from here. My overall experience wasn't so bad. Some units have been remodeled, mine wasn't one and for the 1,700 i paid for a two bedroom it should have. Maintenance is great whenever something needed to be fixed. and the grounds are kept up really nice. Like all places some neighbors are better than others. My best advice is to tour the Bacility sometime around 5 when most people are home and you can kind of tell what they will be like. The only thing that i did not like about my apt was the outdated kitchen and the smaller bathroom had a problem with mildew on the ceiling. But other than that you can't beat the location and the amenities for the overall price. When it comes to the leasing office go to ------ she is by far the best. Avoid Rich at all costs. Once you move in he could really care less.
