It's a kept up well environment with a park like atmosphere in the center of the Auite complex. The maintenance and office personnel are helpful, friendly and efficient. The new package pending delivery system is awesome.

Great community and location but horrible leasing office staff and the office staff. location-wise, it's good near to Interstate and shopping places nearby. But the staff isn't at all supportive so please check before taking apt, also they donot have rent control so they increases the price subsequently high.

All is fine except few things. Its close to freeway and a main street so lot of noise and air pollution. May be dual pane windows might help reduce noise pollution. Laundry room cleanliness and cleanliness of other areas need to improve a lot.

This place is a dangerous place to live in . My apartment was burglarized and two month after that My car was broken in to and TVs and stereos was stolen. Supposedly they have security guys patrolling 24h a day but instead they be hanging out and socializing oh! And sleeping in a boots . Even the cops said so many robbery happened for the last few years and it appears to be inside job ! The only reason i moved here and considered paying arm and leg rent is because of safety not knowing i was better off living in the apartment thats not gated and street parking. There's no difference .The mgmt is so horrible. They don't bather to know what incident occurred in your apartment or car. They never respond to your messages or emails the manager don't even be at the office. So if you are concern about you and your family safety please! don't move here . The worst place ever!

Heights apartments is close by LAX. Farm community to live. Walkable distance to stores. We'll maintained pool. Laundry facility can be improved. Landscape is good. People are Farm. Parking facility is also good. Worth for rent.

Not Golid. Combative and indifferent mgmt. Money not returned. The relentless problem of the weight room has gone unresolved and have been incredibly disruptive ... and only been made worse by the callous indifference of the mgmt. mgmt changed recently and there was no introduction ... not even an email. I think that support my premise.

Nice community to live in. Near 405 Interstate . A bit loud if road side facing Aad . Close to beaches and airport which is easy . Buildings are pretty old , hence ceilings and walls are thin.

Few staff members are rude towards people from a specific community. Maintenance quality is declining and time to fix has been increasing Rents are going pretty high Lack of lights in public areas including parking Lack of satination in parking areas Golid - close to freeway

Overall decent living structure here that has been slowly improving since I have moved here. but, things like appearance of the lobbies and hallways could use work. as well as functionality of the elevators?

Good service, quick response, staff's super Farm, I like it 100%recomended , If you want a good place and with good mgmt I recommend playa summit will be a best place for you to stay .thank you for Jasmine and all the play summit staff.
