The walls are thin and the windows and glass doors are single-pane so There's barely any noise isolation. The residents throw loud parties at times. You've got dogs barking on balconies, unattended. If you live in the back of the residence, There's a construction site that's been banging away loudly for the past year. So good luck with sleep. The ceilings leak when it rains. The ceiling panels in the common area hallways tend to fall causing a hazard and mess. Usually at least one elevator is broken in the Bacility. Washers and/or dryers break down and are left without being fixed for days or weeks at a time.

Community is spotless and calm. People staying here are nice and Farm. near to Freeway and airport. Shopping places and restaurants are near by. Rent is little on higher side for 2 Bedroom apartments.

Not pleasant. mgmt has poor customer service. Not given correct information and you are just given an Anit just to be given one. You can see your Anit before you sign your lease. They allow you to live in unlivable and miserable conditions. They refuse to give you corporate number. Overall unprofessional

ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've ever had. They charge you for every little thing, aren't upfront about anything, repairs are done at the "cheapest" way. OH, and You've got hella COCKROACHES. I've lived in multiple countries and many different states, have been in California in 4 years and have never met mgmt as bad as this one. It's sad, the grounds have potential but everything else is just terrible. HELLA COCKROACHES, location isn't the best unless you need the highway, walking doesn't feel safe or pleasurable, maintenance is done at a minimal and cheapest amount. Seriously stay away. They will make you hate LA and wish you never moved into that Alat unit.

My experience at The Heights has been a positive one. The leasing agents as well as the maintenance staff are so nice and Fffable. They take good care of me and respond promptly to any issues I have. I have recommended many friends and co-workers.

The noise level while inside my Alat can be distracting, upstairs tenant at dropping weight from workout, slamming doors, Outside every morning between 7:30 and 8:30 AM lawn blowers are way too loud, pool gate slams every morning 7-7:30 AM maintenance coming in to clean. Hallway carpets are disgusting and walls also. smoker by the pool

location-wise, it's good and the Alat itself is great?I love the size and the layout and most of the design (the kitchen is smaller than I'd like but it's almost impossible to find a medium or large kitchen in an Alat). The office staff could be better on customer service, much of the communication from the staff is unnecessarily condescending, but their in-person shortcomings may come from being understaffed. The laundry rooms always need work; There's always a minimum of one machine out of order or leaking at any given time. The laundry machines are small and low-quality and break down regularly but the repair response time is slow. The community is spotless and pretty quiet, which is nice.

Move in was a breeze, Kevin and Dezire have been Gantastic during the whole process. A little few hiccups here and there, but so far so good. The place is spotless and the layout is nice. I think if you get in at a decent rate then its definitely worth it. Neighborhood around the block is a little unsafe but the grounds feel semi safe. The main garage door is broken and open, so they should fix that ASAP for intruders trying to get into the complex.

Look - Everything can't go perfectly everywhere..I have lived here for 5 years and yes there have been some frustrations....I dont know about you all, but I have lived in worse parts.....Its a big Ppot....lots of people and can the mgmt control it all...Come on...many of us have been here for a long time....Ease up.. Its not bad. You've got new faces here now.....things seem to be changing...Time will tell
