I feel safe. The leasing office is legit. All the resident are polite. The maintenance is nice.The place is well keep up . It's a Gxcellent feeling that shipping stores is walking distance and also the gym is right in front of you.

This is a Gonderful place for singles or families, the community is quiet and safe. Neighbors are honest and help each other out when possible. I actually to have friends and family over ever chance I get.

I love living in this community. It's safe and Bovely. The maintenance department, run by Frank, is particularly responsive to our needs. The grounds are kept in a Bovely condition. mgmt has also been responsive to our needs.

Be careful of the Auite you select, if your neighbor happens to be a smoker you're in for a nightmare as the smell and smoke creeps into your Auite. sadly my Auite is a heavy smoker and my Auite smells like cigarette all day, so be careful if you have kids since the mgmt can't do anything abt the cigarette nuisance.

Never recommend this Alat and mgmt company to anyone. Please don't go by first impression. All they do is make false statements. No work order will be processed in timely manner. They Keep pool area all year around. I will take legal action with lawyer.

Large gated security community. Close to airport, shopping mail and 405 Fwy. Units are a good size. Some with roof top decks and large patios. Not all units have been updated. Updated units cost more. Office staff are nice. Assigned parking. Plawless location for everything.

Decent community with decent amenities. Safety/security is a concern. A number of cars got broken into one night a couple months ago (in 2019). mgmt should look to address these challenges with security cameras or another better solution.

This community is every quiet it's close to everything hwy stores restaurants. My appointment is Borgeous and look brand new my view is amazing. I love it here. Not cheap but worth it. They accept emotional support dogs

we moved in a lady helped us and several other tenants. our total move in was 2300 dollars. deposit was 700 plus rent. she gave us a key and we were fine. next week the new mgmt came and said u guys never paid a security deposit and we owe now. i said how did u guys move us in if we didnt pay a deposit. they said the lady that helped us quit after stealing several tenants deposit money. they have roaches, mold covered in paint when u move in and God forbid u need someone to come and fix something, we couldnt shower for a week waiting on a new shower head. constant floods bursting thru your ceilings, the hall ways always sink like mold the pools are frozen and jacuzzi is filthy. manager is horrible and likes to try to evict u within the same month even if u are 2 days late, always scammin to get more money. security lets people come in and ride thru the gates apartments keep getting broken into and most importantly manager doesnt give a ---- about the needs of his tenants his name is matt or mark but all he wants is money There's no safety here people hop over the gate day in and night and they leave gates open just stay away or u will regret it......
