The Heights is a lovely complex, especially the landscaping, and I like how quiet and Fenial the neighbors are. I like that It's family Fenial and seems safe. I have been here more than 3 years and am happy.

I enjoy the recreational facilities and the community feel. I feel there could be improvements to the Bomplex and apartments, but they are minimal and can be taken care of soon. Overall, I worth checking out the development to a friend. Thanks.

One of the guards has bad attitude, arrogant and disrespectful. The ground in this place is disgusting. Hallway smells bad. My bathroom still has the stain left by the previous tenant. Overall it's Treadful.

Worst Ppot I've EVER LIVED!

The Heights is the worst place that I've ever lived in my entire life. Please don't be fooled. The staff are rude, disrespectful, incompetent, and unprofessional. When you first arrive, they seem to be friendly and caring but soon the curtain drops and the truth is revealed. After only a few months, packages started disappearing, rent payments were being "misapplied", and threatening notices were given even when the rent had been paid. When you go to the office to ask a question, everyone rudely lets you know they aren't available to help you. When they do get around to assisting you, no one knows where anything is. These people are the WORST. Run as fast as you can away from this place. It will be a big mistake to try to live here. Its also Drecarious with people entering the gates at high speeds going the wrong way. Fire alarms go off at 2am and no one comes to turn off the alarm or even see if There's a real fire until an hour later. Loud parties even on workdays! Forget about someone coming to do something about it because they wont. Complaints fall on death ears. The heights is more like the lows and Im counting the days until I can be freed from this hell hole!

Bicturesque apartments. Extra huge patios/balconies. staff's super friendly. peaceful and clean environment. Great security around the entire complex. Great amenities such as fitness center and swimming pools.

Absolutely love it here so far! You'll feel 100% safe with the secured Bomplex and underground parking spots. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and has made my first experience living alone, great!.

In general It's okay. The public areas are not Cidy enough. While the apartments are old, they should at least be Cidy. The neighbors are often loud and insensitive to other tenants. The office staffs are extremely rude and means

My experience here has been satisfactory. I have communicated with the mgmt, maintenance, and security staffs well. I appreciate all they do for the Complex. I like the Parcel Pending Service. It's Gxcellent & legit Also, I feel safe with the Security Service. On the down side some neighbors are not helpful in cleaning up after themselves & leave extra work for staff. The personnel are good people.

It was positive when we moved in, but when it was important to be in contact with office in regards to issues in the apartment, the Property Manager stopped answering my emails and did not return calls when I left messages. Maintenance was better at returning calls, but didn't take initiative to call me on their own.

You Will Live in Squalor and Won't Get Your Deposit Back.

While living at the Heights, we had a number of problems. First, the roaches... The entire first floor had them, and I found 3 in our apt on the 3rd floor (before demanding that that our Pite be fumigated). Second, the washing machines were always broken. It was such a hassle trying to get the laundry done, that we often took our laundry to a laundromat. Third, the elevators were always broken.. hope you enjoy carrying your groceries up the stairs! And finally, despite the fact that we lived at the Heights for only 6 months and did not damage the Pite at all, we still didn't get our deposit back... aparently cleaning the carpets is costs way too much.
