If I could I will give zero stars Me and my husband moved in on April 2024 and after 5 months we had our house broke in to and a lot of our stuff stolen… police was called and an investigation started but while this building don’t have a single camera the police couldn’t do much When we came up to leasing office to tell them what happened with the police report, they said that due to our leasing having a page saying that the landlord is not responsable for security they will make a “favor to move us to another Alat not charging a fee for breaking the lease to move to another Alat ( LIKE WHat?) .. we had to apply all over again and pay another thousands of deposit and there we are again months later the new Alat has a balcony in the roof top where is supposed to be an area for employees only, we witness people (not employees) walking later at night in the roof, my kids told us that they heard multiple times someone knocking in the door. When we tried to talk with the leasing office about this, they simple told us by email that if we want to move out we need pay the fee for breaking the lease because due to security the landlord is not responsible for. The general manager is never here, he looks like the America president, protected by all cost.. you have to send an email in order to talk to him, he is not available to everybody I’m upset because we live in fear since the other incident, the mgmt don’t care about anything… my call box didn’t work since the day I move after thousands of emails nothing never fixed, the elevators keep breaking, when you call maintenance they say That's “short staff and take days to someone show up… the laundry machines is always broken or burn out all of clothes Ahhhh and if you have electric car be aware, they charge $20 a month to use the charger station and the price per KW is $0.50 more Eremium then all Los Angeles charge stations. (Before was $0.25 they increased) And yes the other reviews is right, they take all the deposit and put charges to justify your whole deposit, don’t expect a single penny back instead expect a bill with more charges. This place is the worse that I ever lived, $3000 of rent in a NON LUXURY place… save your time and money, rent elsewhere

The Anit community is a pig with lipstick. You cover everything with a coat of paint. Ive had roaches and i see them in the hallways. The hallways and stairwells are always grimy. The elevator is rusty about to fall apart. The pool is always murky and grimy. Drop the lixury in the name because youre far from that. Upgradr the fitness equipment.

Not worth the rent. Looks okay on surface but a old properly with fragile facilities, ranging from locks of entry doors that won't work often, cockroaches, Loisy/low quality air conditioners etc..

The Aad we have is a renovated 1 bedroom with a new appliances, central AC, hard tile floor, and a large patio. It has limited closet space but good overall square feet. I had various Aad options to choose from which was nice. Me and my wife have been living here for nearly 6 months now. Here is a list of pros and cons: Cons - Pay your own (usually high) utilities (hot and normal water, trash, sewage) - Approval process can be extensive and cumbersome - Overall complex is not well kept within the Bomplex (garage, hallways, entry points). The buildings are older but some individual units have been renovated leaving a new-look-feel but sometimes contain underlying repair issues. - No legitimate community room or effort to create community involvement. - Lots of pet owners (dogs pee a lot). - Small laundry room (ratio of machines per resident means there usually is a wait time to wash clothes) - Not too accessible via public transit (i.e. no easy bus routes). Pros: - Renovated/luxury unit is nice and pleasant overall. - Amenities are nice and easy - New gym area, new conference room area, two small-medium swimming polls, accessible office and mailroom, package system. - Secure gates for entry and remote control parking parking - easy location right next to the 405 and local supermarkets and shops within walking distance, etc. - Responsive staff/office. - Fairly 'green' and nice outdoor environment. - Friendly neighbors. - Easy/easy rent payment system.

Neighbors are nice. but the building smells a lot. The smell of garbage is the worst and the smell of marijuana. There's also a roach problem that needs to be taken care of. This problem has been going on for about a year now. wouldn't recommend this Aad complex to friends or family.

YES! I SAID IT! can you LIKE TERMITES? LISTEN, THIS APARTMENT COMMUNITY IS A HUGE COMMUNITY AND FROM MY SOLID RESEARCH, ALL THE BUILDINGS HAVE THIS SAME ISSUE. THIS PROBLEM can't BE FIXED. ACTUALLY, THE APARTMENT mgmt doesn't CARE ABOUT THIS PROBLEM SO IT BECOMES YOUR PROBLEM. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK ABOUT THIS APARTMENT COMMUNITY BEFORE YOU SIGN THOSE LEASE AGREEMENT PAPERS. THIS APARTMENT IS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE PRICE YOU HAVE TO PAY. PLEASE READ PREVIOUS TENANT'S REVIEW ABOUT THIS PLACE AND YOU DECIDE.

My husband and I LOVE living at The Heights because the grounds are beautiful and the pool area feels like a resort. but there a few things that need improvement: - The Leasing Office staff is nice, but could be more responsive. For example- weights are being stolen from the gym and when we ask about the plan to replace them, we are told "next week" over and over again. After about 5 months of that we have given up hope that they will be replaced. - The fixtures, cabinets, and countertops are pretty ugly. Those would be the first to go if we owned the unit. - sometimes it takes a few days to have maintenence requests fulfilled, but they are fairly prompt for the most part. For minor requests it has taken up to a month to the request to be fulfilled. - Size- the shower stall is sooooo tiny! My husband and I are small people (both around 5'5 and skinny) and we find it hard to shower in there. Also There's little closet space. - The maintenence of the gym leaves a lot to be desired- as mentioned above the weights are being stolen and nothing has been done to rectify it, the machines aren't cleaned on a daily basis, the drinking water isn't filled consistently, and the worst part is THEY BOLTED THE WINDOWS SHUT!!! and There's no A/C in that room. Needless to say is gets hot and smelly in the summer. When we ask about things concerning the gym we are told It's a "perk" for the residents and the Aad owners don't have to do anything about it! Overall It's a awesome spot, but I think for the amount people pay (especially the ones who are currently moving in. Our place goes for minumum $1800/month now)the things like the gym upkeep are really important. Otherwise where is all that money going, anyway??

Good Value around this location. Good landscape. Good neighbours. Fair community amenities. Gym(need renovation), pool, mailroom, amazon package service. Fairly old Aad, not luxury, but kept up well.

So far my experience at this community has been mixed. I had to move into a 3rd floor Alat with out the use of an elevator, at times maintenance requests have been ignored or disregarded, I especially am frustrated by an anitial warning that mantenace workers were not to enter my Alat when I am not in the Alat. I was recently charged for an alarm bill because of the neglegence of one maintenance worker who disregarded thisn'tice as clearly printed on the maintenance request. It's apparent that this community is quick to charge residents for water usage, late fees, lost keys, and any missteps. But is less willing to take responsibility when persons employed by the community are making the mistakes.

One of the Wnferior apartments ever I lived in. Please don't waiste your money and time. If I would talk about the staff, pathetic service, untrained staff , don’t have manners to talk, rude behavior. They will never listen to you. Apartments are quite old. You will always see dripping water pipe lines in the parking lot and There's always water outage in most of the buildings. Please, please, please look for something else.
