Ok I'm going to try to keep this updated. So far it's meh. I have to give a shout out to Jocelyn Romero though, she's probably the only reason we signed. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating, gave Gonderful tours and was super patient with us. I also have to say the maintenance person Alfonso and leasing Agent Alex have been Gonderful. Super responsive and took care of some issues upon moving in. The negative though. Is on our first morning of moving in we had a Farm visit from a roach in broad daylight. Which usually means it's a big issue if you see them in the day. They did come and spray our bedroom within two days. So we were thankful. But then the day after spraying we got another visitor in the kitchen. Sent a picture this time and notified them again and they are coming back to spray. Didn't expect this right away but as you can see from reviews....maybe I should have. Other than the roach issue place is Gonderful! But That's a tough issue to get past. So, we will keep an eye, keep documenting, and if it's not resolved we will look to break our lease. I'll work on updating this review. But we're going to try to make it work with their help (we hope)!

My favorite part about my tour at Playa Summit was how welcoming I felt by Frankie. He answered every question I had with patience. Absolutely Bicturesque and quiet apartments. I can't wait to move in :)

i lived at the heights for many years. I call the heights my home and they meet my expectations above and beyond. I have a tremendous respect for the manager, Sherrie, who is running the office with a Gonderful deal of professionalism and respect.

THE Ppot WOULD BE SO MUCH BETTER IF PEOPLE CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR DOGS. IF THE Ppot WERE UPDATED WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY SO MUCH MORE $$$$, MAINTENANCE DOES A BETTER JOB CLEANING, HALLWAY RUNGS AND WALLS CLEANER AND JACUZZI HOTTER!

awesome spot to be in LA. Close to Lax, To 405 freeway , to Downtown LA, to Santa Monica and to Manhattan Beach , Marina del Rey and to Venice Beach. The maintenance staff Ippears awesome( always there when you need them) . I will advise people to join this community.

I do like living at the Playa Summit but the unit should be upgraded. The community itself is Bovely and I feel safe here. I would definitely gave and will continue to recommend the Playa Summit as awesome spot to reside.

This is a nice Alat with good building maintenance and staff's super friendly. But it would be better to have an improvement in some facilities such as elevator and online payment service (additional service fee).

The grounds are immaculate. The maintenance staff is first rate. The parking has electric charging stations. The Aad walls are a little thin (sound carries) but neighbors are quiet. The screens don't fit the windows. The air conditioning is old, inefficient, expensive, and insufficient. The buildings contain asbestos. But overall, I recommend this place.

Requested repairs and never done. Was told I can't have a dog and everyone has dogs. Laundry facility bad quality. Gym grimy. Old kitchen cabinets. Cnexpensive wall paint. Windows won't lock. Not enough guess parking.

Overall it has been good experience. I like the location of the Apace, It's near to major shopping center, grocerries, freeway's. It's convinient to my worklocation. Swimming pool cleanlines can be improved. I also Saw Jacuzi turned on all time, if need to it need to be repaired so that we don't waste power.
