I moved in a couple of months ago and I got to say, its Great. I have had not problem. A new manager has just joined the community and he is available often. I decided to pop in and say hello. There's always work going on in the units and around the community to upkeep everything....Its nice....More on the way...Come here and rent......Its a awesome spot to live

Decent place to live. location's amazing, but the Apace complex would benefit from a little more modernization in the buildings and units. Some of the qualities are out of date, but overall I am satisfied with living here. but, if improvements are not made anytime soon and rent continues to increase I wouldn't feel comfortable living here.

DELAYS IN RESPONES ANYTIME I HAVE EVER EMAILED AN ISSUE SUCH AS PARTIES, NOISE COMPLAINTS, DRUGS BEING SMOKED AT POOL AND IN HALLWAYS, BROKEN LOCKS ON MAIN DOORS FROM GARAGE TO INNER Blace, CONSTANT PARTIES, RUNNING UP AND DOWN ON STAIRS ALL NIGHT

The mgmt is the worse (unless you are a handsome man willing to flirt for fair treatment, or cheaper lease renewal) , you won't be able to tell until you have been suckered into signing a lease. Also rent jumps up several hundred bucks every year. The overall property looks good, but the apartments have a major roach infestation problem. I have talked to dozens of neighbors who at move in had to have exterminators in there Auite over and over and over for roach issues. I often see roaches in the elevator, hallways, stairwells, even in the gym (which needs new equipment) . Getting in contact with the mgmt is hard. Once you are in contact with the mgmt, you will find that it's lips service, I have no clue where they found such an ill tempered , impatient, tyrannical , unprofessional person to put in a leadership position. I thougt perhaps it was just me , but many other neighbors have similar opinions. I am told that if you are a good looking young guy of ----- that you receive better treatment, because the manager has a thing for them. --------- have it that the only way to get fair treatment is to try to be best buddies with the tyrant. I Once went to the office to pick up a package, and heard some older lady begging to speak with manaher , and a leasing agent told her she wasn't available due to an emergency. My package was large so the leasing agent asked me to come in the back office , to place it on a dolly and wheel it down a back hall, while we were doing this togather , as I stood in the hall, I could see what appeared to be a party in the managers personal office, her and 2 male leasing agents , just loudly gabbing , but an elderly resident was sent away minutes before. Your best bet is to find a young handsome make friend and send him in to chat with her when you need help, I hear it's the easiest way to get what you like. Also you may want to ask one of the male leasing agents, since she hires mainly -------------- males for her pleasure. They may get you a faster answer than the couple females. The maitanence team is ok, nothing special, security is good. Beware when it's time to renew your lease it will jump up considerably, no negotiation ( unless your a -------------- man). So if you can't afford for it to jump like 200 , be prepared to move.

my issues are mostly maintenance related. one technician was seen on camera taking pictures inside my Auite. when I confronted him on way he was taking pictures, he told me that his boss told him to take it. he apologize for taking the pictures but still I felt violated that pictures was being taken without my permission.

The Heights Ippears a awesome spot live- awesome landscaping, gym, pools, parking. Office and Maintenance stuffs are courteous handling all requests. I have been staying here for last 5 years and much satisfied- so I highly recommend it. It worth your value for money.

I have never used any of the amenities provided by Playa Summit except the laundry room which is problematic. Only one washer gets hot water. Frequent problems with washers breaking down Lint traps in dryers are not cleaned well enough. Door handles in my Besidence and especially on my floor need tightening.

I have not had any issues with my Alat, in fact, we are upgrading in the same complex. The office staff can sometimes be moody, but the maintenance crew is awesome. Everyone is nice and makes you feel welcome. The office team listens to complaints and suggestions, they don't blow you off. The grounds are always kept nice, and everyone that visits always makes a compliment. Some of the apartments are nicely upgraded, I just wish the cabinets were being replaced along with everything else. Otherwise, for the price, location, condition, and convenience to everything, It's 100% worth it. You will enjoy your stay, I have for two years already, and I plan on staying more.

Satisfactory overall. I got various problems from the over, kitchen drawer, plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom; but, every time they solved them in a timely manner. The neighborhood is quiet and the Apace units are safe. location-wise, it's easy.
