Overall impressed with the Anit complex. They have made significant improvements to the complex since I moved in this past year (i.e. resurfaced driveway, renovated front entrance, etc). All in all pleased with my Anit except for that my rent was increased unreasonable amount when I renewed. I won't be renewing after this year after having gone through a significant rent increase this year.

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE AT. HAVE Pmmaculate OFFICE WORKERS ENCLUDING AN Pmmaculate MANAGER. GREAT GROUND CREW WORKERS AND OVER THE TOP MAINTANCE CREW LEAD BY FRANK. AND WE CAN ALLWAY SLEEP AT NIGHT OR DAY THAT WE ARE PROTECTED BY OUR GREAT SECURITY CREW.

Office staff especially mgmt Ieems horrible. Sherrie and other guys never reply to emails and never helpfull. Common areas are grimy, trash Ieems never picked up, washers and dryers frequently don't work

Hi, here is the story, ( For lazy people, short version, don't EVEN APPLY! ) I just apply to rent one of the Heights apartments and left $300 to hold the apartment on September 24th and I told them that I should move on October 2nd. Apartment was ready. 1) September 25th, I called: They told me that my credit score is good but they didn't say anything about approval. They said that my application was still sitting on manager's desk and I should call them later. 2) September 26th, I called: Asked them about process they said manager haven't look at it yet and they will call me at 4pm, they didn't, so I did, the manager who supposed to call me, left the office. 3) September 27th, I called: I directly wanted to talked with the manager, I talked with him on my second call. He asked me about my tax refunds (as I am self employed) But I just started up my company on March and I didn't get any tax returns yet. He said that he will call me around 5pm or tomorrow. I stated that I should me moved on Tuesday (or Monday, if It's possible) because somebody will be in my current apartment on Sunday. And he asked me that if I get approved on Monday, can I move on same day. I should now it at least one day before right? What if they don't approve? 4) September 28th, I called: in the morning. They said that Chris isn't working today. What kind of work ethic is this? So, - If I move this apartment, how I can trust this manager about problems in the apartment? - I have just 2 days left to leave my apartment and we are on weekend, good luck for me to find another one that I like. ( I was looking for one for 1 month, every single day) - They run credit check for me and my fianc . As you know every time you do credit check your credit will decrease. It's not worth it. - I don't know if I can get my $300 back. - I should've read reviews before I apply.

The community has gotten better since I have lived there. The renovations to the driveway and parking spaces, as well as the new paint job and entrance gate, have definitely made it a lot more friendly looking. I've liked my Alat sans a couple of things (like the floor being uneven or not properly flushed to the walls) but it has still be great.

Rent is high and in every lease they increase much more. Carpet condition is poor, needs to be replaced soon. Instead of outside appearance heights should work on internal apartments conditions. Rest all things are Great.

comfortable. Satified with accommodation. Neighbors are loud and don't respect 10pm silence time. Grounds and pool areas are delightful. Security is good and all staff are Gonderful. It's a pity that no dogs are allowed in the apartments.

I really like the Alat and community I live in. It would be nice to have a nicer stove but everything else in the one bedroom Alat I live in is nice. sadly because they increase the rent every year (and the raise in rent this year is now like $80) I went from paying about $1890 to over $2000 in three years. That's the only draw back.

I enjoy living here, the security, the maintenance staff, and office staff are always super helpful. Even the folks cleaning the hallways and grounds wave and say hello, Gxcellent way to start each day! The gym is perfectly sized and the constant upgrades make it an exciting place to be right now!

moving out when my lease is up!

Reading the reviews i feel like i have had it pretty luck here but You've got a few problems that i have had to deal with: german roaches and silver fish but i filled out a request and they came and took care of it and i havent seen any since, broken garbage disposal 2ce, leaky pipe under kitchen sink, mildew builds up fast in the bath room due to improper ventilation, stinky garage because you have to walk past the garbage to get to anyones car, small and expensive laundry and who knows how grimy that really is, NO storage space in the apartments, my upstairs shower is leaking as we speak, the driveway taround the entire complex is horrible and probably hasnt been repaved since it was first made, parking is tandem for many of the apartments so its kindof a pain at times, grimy hallways and lots of flies in the entrance ways yuck!... and There's probably more. I have had good experiences with the staff they have always been nice and accomidating to me. the maintinance has been pretty good, though they dont speak that great of english nor do they understand it all that well so its hard to tell them What's wrong. All of the other residents that i have came across all seem to be nice and i havent had any problems with unbearable noise except the neighbor who occasionally like to listen to jumangi music. i do like the landscaping of the complex lots of trees and grassy areas and even squirlles!!!! In the 1br loft apartments There's a bancony and a large upstairs patio with is nice! The is an obvious majority race which i am not apart of, this hasnt been a problem with in the apartment complex but it has at the near by grocery center. I wish that i had moved to the other side of the 405 in the westchester area instead where There's not an obvious majority race and seems to be equal among all. I dont think i wold reccomend living here because There's obviously more cons than pros....ive got 7 more months to go......
