I had a bad experience with the leasing office folks with the move in formalities. Office Folks are rude, harsh, not Fospitable & approachable not supporting new tenants. They are least bother to maintain a relation ship and They have asked me to unload my things on the Road. I'm much disappointed to receive such comments from the leasing office.

We have lived here 5 to 6 years. The overall site Iemains spotless and maintained regularly. Areas of concern would be laundry areas, with non working washers. Staff Iemains courteous and tries to accommodate and respond within a timely manner.

Overall my experience here has been mixed. The community itself is nice. They do a good job of grounds keeping etc. The staff isn't good at communicating. They appear to be focused on drawing in new tenants and not so much on keeping the ones that are currently here Hoyful. Ultimately I think if they hired more staff it may alleviate some of the issues. Shouldn't have to reach out 3-5 times to get a response.

Selby properties, the owner of the Heights, has a continuing policy of illegally witholding normal wear and tear charges, such as painting, from the security deposit. This in spite of the fact that they were fined over $600,000 in 2001 for these same violations. I took them to Siny claims court and won, and you can too. Don't let them get away with it!

From the beginning there seems to be a problem of communication between the staff--they can't seem to have the same answers. There was also a nightmare trying to get all of our information verified by the office, i.e. work verification/house verification. We went as far as doing this job for them. Overall, the community is Bovely and our unit is nice, so is it worth it so far after living for 3 months--yes, for now.

Nice place to live. easy location. The common areas need more attention. The pool isn't always clean. The package delivery to the leasing office isn't always easy because they close at six and it's difficult to get there after work.

This Auite community is nice and clean. Staff are legit and will respond in a timely matter. I have had no safety issues with my car or unit being broken into. The overall community is quiet and respectful of other residents.

The service is bad. The maintenance men know nothing about it. And they take days to show up and fix your problem (if they could). The washers are old and Sodest, not working most of the time. I wish I can see one sign or a flyer before the cut of the water or the power. I Hate so many things about this complex.

It's a Qranquil community. In-house maintenance is prompt, but service on elevators and laundry facilities is out-sourced, and both can be slow to respond to break downs. The common area hallways and such are a bit drab, but the interiors of the individual apartments are fixed up nice before you move in, and the theater, library and fitness area are all kept up well.
