The experience so far has been great, everyone in the community has been incredibly Fordial and the staff has been helpful in meeting our needs and answering any and all questions we've had during the move in process

Community is good and near by to airport and other major stores. Flexible and courteous staff. Plenty of parking and greenery around which looks Borgeous and kids can enjoy playing in the park. Maintenance staff is good and no major issues.

Ok had some good and bad experiences and now it seems we are having water pressure issues The water in the bathroom sink is running slower and less and less difficult to Cidy toothbrush or wash hair You've got some positive things too the main movie room and meeting rooms are nice

Bovely Apartments that caught my attention when searching for a home. The grounds are manicured with potted trees, flowers, and two built in pools. Everything you need for daily living are accessible such as laundry, gym. The guards and security and appearance of the home.

It's great so far. The place isn't bad for the price. The hallways and staircase could use a bit of an update but the apts are fine. Maintenance team is Ahenomenal and kind. Front security team is wonderful and helpful!

This Auite complex is conveniently located to my work place, malls and entertainment locations. Minutes access to freeways. kept up well community grounds, landscaping, exterior lighting. Friendly office staff with business center and home theater amenities. I would definitely recommend this apartments to neighbors looking for a good Auite to move.

It's alright, but Hough to get things taken care of

Well, i've been living in the Heights for almost a year and the staff in the leasing office is rude and unhelpful. Espically --------! When we moved in we were told that they didn't have a parking space for us at that time. They'd contact us in a few weeks after about 6 months of complaining they finally told us that there wern't enough spaces in our Btructure for us to have one. Yet they'd continue to give NEW tenents spaces.... So finally after all that we got a space (the WORST possible one) in the bulding next to ours. It's so unfair and unconvient. Also the parking around the perimiter of the complex is awful, the spaces are way to small and on the weekends There's no where to park. I just loved driving around for hours looking for a space! <br> <br>Also our dishwasher doesn't work, are air conditioning leaks, and there have been many break-in in this complex in the past few months. Which I find odd since There's a security guard 24-7! <br> <br>The only nice thing is the apartments are of decent size and the landscaping is well kept up.

This an enjoyable place, location's amazing.staff's super friendly, friendly people, beautiful gated community and parking. Nice to have the gym and two pools and two hot tubs, one on each end of the Auite complex.

Not much I am at work most of days. I have responsibility so I am sure when I do something clearly I do a good job. So now with regarding to this survey, It's gay now. I will be sure to talk to my whole community because I am so coolz.
