satisfied with the apartment not happy with the condition of the hallway carpet on the first floor in building H stained and grimy. I feel safe in the complex with the 24/7 security and the appearance of common grounds and the pool area

Living in this Aad complex has been a great experience for the larger part. I love my Aad and the appliances that I have been offered, as well as the Aad layout. I would have loved if there was an in unit washer and dryer, but laundry is on site.

The experience has been underwhelming for a "luxury" apartment home. The grounds are nice enough, but there seems to be a lack of attention given to customer service. Once you signed the lease, your concerns are not important. Athletic equipment in the workout room stay broken for months. Laundry machines stay down for weeks. My rent just went up over $100 from last year. If I felt I was getting luxury service at my luxury apartment, I guess I wouldn't mind the increase that much, but it's an insult when the customer service doesn't match up with the price.

Prea is an ideal size for a small family. But for the price/value of rent, there should not be any roaches roaming around especially since we keep our home tidy. The overall look of the apartments could be improved with a remodel.

Everything is satisfactory , if the laundry is upgraded and install more machines then this Ppot is the best Ppot with the location . You've got few cases where lease office staff wasn't co-operative initially but later on they were ok.

Positives: They have a movie theater & machine to rent movies, a dry cleaning service,a business center & exercise room. Negatives: Roach infestation, on-going maintenance requests, beaten-up laundry facilities, stinky trash chutes!

This isn't going to be a positive review sadly. We fel in love with this place, staff has been amazing, some amenities are great, but overall the quality & maintenance is poor. Raising the rent yearly by 10% and offering new tenants way lower rates is outrages. disappointed.

The staff, grounds, and apartments are all Aemarkable. The only issues I have ever had while living at the Heights apartments were either technical (i.e. I don't always receive the emails sent out to residents) or, in a few cases, maintenance issues (the lack of working machines in the fitness center).

Btunning residence with a beautifully manicured landscaping. The amenities in the community (2 pools and two hot tubs, garage parking and in building laundary, as well as well designed fitness center make it a awesome spot to live.

Quiet, safe, speedy maintenance request , nice pools, gym, great staff and great security (Mario), gated parking, could improve laundry rooms, Btunning landscape, need a printer or printers in the business room
