Good community close to campus. There's an in unit washer dryer and it's fully furnished. There's also a small gym. The pool isn't kept all that well and doesn't get much sun. Good restaurants nearby and reasonable pricing.

I enjoyed how I am able to have a whole room to myself but I feel that the rent price is a little high for the square footage. Also, be prepared to hear ambulances and police cars during odd hours of the day.

Icon is a great place to live around USC if you are looking for an apartment close to campus with private bedrooms. The floor plans are nice, and its great to have a washer/dryer in your apartment. I would recommend living here.

My experience in Icon Plaza is nothing compared to my last apartment. Maintenance is always delayed, my packages are almost never notified, and security is not helpful or kind. In terms of my apartment, the amenities are mostly damaged and dirty.
