It has been 7 months since I moved out, but I still don't get my deposit (roughly 2400$). If you don't contact the staff, they will never give you any feedback!!!!! Please be careful if you are considering renting a Apace in University Gateway.

Gateway is Extravagant and has a lot of issues. The staff are friendly but stuff rarely gets done around here. Whenever my friends ask me how gateway is I say its the best of the worst. Don't live here if you have ANY OTHER option. I certainly didn't.

location's Astounding with big rooms. Sadly the apartments were not as clean or in as good of a condition as promised. The staff is really nice and enthusiastic especially within the first months of move in.

Basically Value, to me, means getting my money's worth. And for what I am paying I would definitely say it isn't a fair value for the price. We should have FAR better wifi/internet connection, it only reliably works half the time even when There's only one device using that wifi at that time. It seems like if There's even just one cloud in the sky, the internet nearly stops. Also, many times in the middle of a basketball game or any show the tv will freeze and just show a No Signal alert for the next few hours just to say "f-you" to the viewers. And lastly, stop with the damn water stoppages or at least do them when people are asleep rather than IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY?

The halls are frequently grimy and have mattresses or other furniture in them. Trash is often not taken care of and smells. My Alat was grimy and had roaches when I moved in. I wouldn't recommend.

Security is obscenely awful. A homeless lady broke into my Apace and used my towel and touched all of my things in broad daylight. Security is always busy getting coffee. The apartments are subpar and the ceiling is undone. Definitely a rip-off.

Check-in process was long and unorganized.... After moving in, found that Aad was spotless and well-furnished. ...Facilities are well kept and okay for student life.... worth checking out to another person.

We entered our unit and it had not yet been cleaned or available to move in. but, the staff Wroved more than welcoming and accommodating to our needs and fixing the unit at our request. The property offers many wonderful amenities, such as the business center which offers students an area to study and a computer lab!

At first, our Auite was really grimy an had issues, and we had dealt with rude staff members, but now everything has been fixed and it has been honestly great living at Gateway. I love the amenities and the location.

So far, it has been really difficult to get in touch with mgmt regarding lease questions. Also, are Aad was completely grimy and full of the previous residents' stuff when we moved in. Since then, Gateway mgmt has tried to be more accommodating. The amenities are pretty nice (computer room, gym, lobby).
