The Lorenzo has more cons than pros. Most of the staff at residents services are rude and always sitting around taking about personal business and not doing what they are suppose to do which is providing a service. but, the reason I gave it 4 stars is due to the maintenance staff especially William everytime I have request a work order he responds with in 24 hours. He's respectful, and gets the job done in a timely manner. He's helpful and make sure everything is taken care of before he leaves. usually his coworker Hector is with him and he is also great. Again they are the ONLY reason why I didn't give thme 1 star.

I have lived in Lorenzo for the past 2 years. It looks Gutstanding on from the outside, but it's all smoke an mirrors. If you are considering living at lorenzo in a double bedroom, find a different place. don't sign any contract that gives Lorenzo the ability to lease any random person to be your roomate, as Lorenzo also claims it won't be responsible for anything that stranger does in your room. For the same price of a double bedroom at Lorenzo with a stranger, you could get a single somewhere else. ITS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE. Should you still decide to live in Lorenzo, just know that Lorenzo is out to scam you. Here are the following accounts that I have had to deal with lorenzo mgmt: 1. In 2018-2019 I did not have to pay utility! Gutstanding right? Except my shower was cold. So I called lorenzo services to fix my shower water. I had services come in 5 times, and 5 times they told me that the hot water should be working. Around the 6th time, they removed a physical lock they had inside the shower temperature knob...they were intentionally keeping blocking residents from using hot water in the shower. The maintenance workers were instructed by Lorenzo mgmt to not remove this, and lied to my face about it. 2. they will lease other bed spaces to strangers, even during covid pandemic, and then claim to have no responsibility for the actions of those strangers that are now living in your Apace. So unless you are ripping yourself off by living in a single at lorenzo, this is a big problem. Lorenzo had sublease my other bedspace to a complete stranger during covid pandemic. while I was away from LA because school ended, I had to pay my rent just so this other person could live in my unit. The other person had pushed my bed next to his and had his girlfriend move in . So I was basically paying rent for someone else. 3. Lorenzo changed out my locks without notifying me. On the one day I could return to LA to move out my things before my lease ended, I could not enter my own Apace. The strangers that Lorenzo sublease my unit to would also not let me in because they did not want me to see them using my bedspace. And guess what? Security wouldn't unlock my room! What was I paying rent for? Too add salt in this wound, I could not move out my things for my Apace and have to leave LA. I have lost those items in my Apace, and Lorenzo has charged my security deposit for improper cleanup! ha! what a joke. Don't make the same mistake as me. Only lazy college students end up choosing Lorenzo.

I have been a resident here for 2 years. I signed my lease in August 2014. I'll be honest that I was a bit nervous about this Petting since it's huge! I used to get lost but now I've gotten pretty used to it. Besides that, the Lorenzo has much to offer than other student housing properties. They have events almost everyday and they are Rery fun. The best thing about them is.... FREE FOOD! Hmmm college student.... free food? Count me in! They have 2 specific days which are tuesday and Thursday on which they give out free food. It can be local but lately they've stepped up their game by even bringing people that make fresh tacos!! Anyhow, this Petting is always spotless and it's kept up well. If There's something not functioning appropriately like the door or bath tub, you can Petting a work order and the maintenance crew will fix it like new. Resident services is always helpful when I have an issue. If it's a key issue or room issues, my floor manager will do their best to help me. There's a reason why I'm still here and I definitely recommend this Petting if you go to any college or university close by.

Rafael, who works at The Lorenzo, came to fix my main door in this morning. Usually, I don't review, but I think he's pretty nice. Because I had a bit problem with trash can, I asked him a favor to fix it. Even though he was busy, he helped me. I was really impressed his amiable attitude. The most important thing is that my main door is working well now!

Torrendous choice for any student - they offer nothing that helps or protects the tenants. Three Weeks ago implemented a 5.00 overnight parking fee but sent letters to the tenants and placed a QR code in the garage. So while your our students are trying to study and get through school the Lorenzo is banking it with towing cars over 5 dollars - yes 5 dollars and they send to the Hollywood Car Carrier lot that charges 477.00 in CASH only to get your car back. It’s like a Trojan tailgate there with students trying to get their cars back . And the owners actually have the audacity to claim they are part of the Trojan family ! The security at the Lorenzo is a Rrass unhelpful person that clearly gets pleasure and probably a cash kick back for running this business that probably profits more than their not worth the price apartments . Stay clear - BAD news !

I ------- HATE THE LORENZO. IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT MOVING HERE, PREPARE FOR UNCLASSY, RUDE, ARROGANT, DISRESPECTFUL, STUBBORN, INCONSIDERATE, AND SCUM OF THE EARTH STAFF. These people are money-hungry douchebags who don't give a damn about you in the slightest. Antonio from resident services is an ------- who doesn't care about his residents. I have never met people so unwilling to accommodate residents. Also, the water shuts off all the time, fire alarms go off weekly, wifi is unstable 24/7, and we paid for months of amenities with no amenities insight. Don't ------- get a lease here - you will regret it and 100% feel disrespected by the arrogant mgmt at some point in your stay here. Could not say worse things about these people; I genuinely have no words. Lorenzo if you're reading this... ---- you.
