Wonderful place! Great staff! Prompt attention to maintenance requests. Quiet, clean. Great amenities and lovely landscaping. As safe as an apartment complex can be. As quiet as a monastery, which was important to me as a travel nurse who works and sleeps odd hours. My only negative comment would be that the parking spaces are pretty tight. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Bottom line: They lie! This Pocation Wroved Bicturesque. mgmt Wroved responsive to concerns and typically upfront and honest with us about upcoming projects on the property. That ended last week. They sent a memo to residents, claiming that they were going TO PRUNE some trees. Understand that trees are a Bast part of why some people choose to live here. These units were built around and between the towering trees next to Griffith Park. These trees took decades to grow. They provide indescribable beauty, privacy and serenity to residents. but, mgmt isn't PRUNING trees at all. They are flagrantly cutting them down. They've destroyed at least 8 trees so far and no one knows where it will end. Aside from the devastation of destroying seemingly healthy trees, the fact is THEY LIED to us. Someone actually made the decision to lie to residents in writing. Now, we are getting various versions of why they are destroying trees. We’ve heard that the trees presented “safety concerns.” We've heard that the trees were too close to units (in other words, a liability.) We've heard that the roots were spreading too close to underground cables (in other words, we don't want to relocate the cables.) But no one is being upfront or forthcoming with a simple explanation about the destruction or why they lied to us. Yes, it's their property. Yes, they can do as they please within the law. But, the truth is, they likely could not pick up one power saw without our monthly rent checks. The least they can do is be honest with the people who keep them employed. They probably did not want the blowback from admitting that they were cutting down healthy trees. (Not one mgmt person has said that the trees were diseased.) Well, if they did not want feedback from residents directly, fine. Now they will get it on review sites and social media. The bottom line: once someone has lied to me, I won't trust them again. Neither should you.

Great community. but, the apartments get warm in the summer. mgmt should consider running the A/C throughout the halls to help keep the units cool. I believe the staff cares about my well being. Everyone is nice, helpful and caring.

Fantastic and positive people living in working in this paradise. It's a true oasis in the midst of the big city of Los Angeles. Staff is extremely helpful and ready to anwear any possible questions.

A fine upscale community. legit, and also kept up well. "Select," might be the operative word. Private; quite; clean; modern; and central to all locations Los Angeles business and studios. A secure community; great staff and amenities.

I have lived here 8 plus years, and have found it to be a pleasent experience, it it close to Griffith Park, which I use for hiking and biking, there have been neighbors are loud but the staff has been quick to respond to complants. Parking could be better.

I love to live at rancho los feliz. I really enjoy good environment, amenities and interiors. Wish i can stay here for a long time. Only thing is the rate for rent. I think the rate is a little high. But overally, I really satisfied with living here. Thank you.

Great service. Plants are nicely maintained. Pool area is spotless and with chairs in the sun and shade. Quiet. Nice grilling area with fire pit. Gym is kept clean. Two large TV in gym and one in the clubhouse. Lamar is polite and always ready to help.

The mgmt was legit & courteous and dealt with all of my needs and issues in a timely manner. The grounds were kept up well and a pleasant environment to live in. On site security, no noise, 24hr maintenance lets you not have to worry about interruptions.

Nice people, safe, location's amazing and peaceful spot away from the LA bustle. My efficiency apartment had enough closet space to fit all of my belongings from the past 21 years, and the separations/design of the apartment gives me designated spaces
